At night, Bhavna comes to Avni's room. She sits by Avni, kisses on her forehead and sees the dress lying beside her. Bhavna say that Umad is her own village but still fears hearing about it. She prays it should be the last thing for her wedding, from that place. If something else will come, it might bring the dark shadows of her past. The next morning, Bhavna comes to Avni to wake her, then sits by her. She is about to leave, when Avni holds her hand. Avni asks why didn't she wake her up. Bhavna says that it is a special day, of her engagement. She thought she should let her sleep at her parents house for a few days. She says time flies, she grew up so soon. Avni says she fears about her responsibilities. Bhavna says that the house will change but everyone there loves her so much. She asks her to get up and be ready. Avni hugs her mother and she prays that the secret about Umad must never reveal.

Raj's family and Avni's family get ready for the engagement. Avni serves food and says that she wants to do so. She asks her father why he is not taking anything, she puts food on his plate and puts a bite into his mouth, he does the same looking at her with love. Bhavna then makes her to sit and puts a bite into her mouth. Anjali tells Raj that he is looking handsome, and is sure some girls would envy Avni. She reminds him to keep the passport. Madhuri and Jashan were ready and send Pooja to Raj. The people from orphanage comes to take Pooja. But Madhuri and Jashan get upset when they see the people from the orphanage at their doorstep Madhuri request them to let them keep Pooja until the wedding. Jashan suggests that she will meet Pooja for someday so that she gets to know her as well. The orphanage officials let them do so and leave while Madhuri cries.

Everyone is busy with the preparations. Meanwhile, Savri asks Akshat that where Arpita has been, Akshat says that she doesn’t care about anything. Akshat and Savri Bua are cursing Arpita as she has not yet reached the wedding. They are later informed by Bauji that she is designing the ring for Avni. Rohit appreciates Arpita’s ring and says that the couple will love it. He offers to drop Arpita to her car, but she says she didn’t bring her car and will take the auto. He offers to drop her home as she is late. Raj looks at Avni as she gets ready. He says they should see how she is looking and says that she never looked so beautiful. She hides her face, he turns her to the mirror and asks her to look by herself. She asks does this colour suits her, and looks around to find no Raj. Devika comes to says Raj will be amazed to see her. Raj arrives with his family. Suket finds him looking around and asks what is he looking at. Raj says that the decoration is beautiful. Abhay teases him that he is looking for Avni, she will also come. Anjali gives Suket Raj’s file. Raj comes on stage when Devika brings Avni downstairs. Madhuri punches Raj, while Anjali asks them both to stop looking at each other and get ready for the engagement.

Later, the various rituals for the engagement begins at Avni's house. Raj holds Avni’s hand to the stage. Shastri ji ties black knots on their hands. Shastri ji tells them that their birth-charts didn’t match in the first place, and then Anjali corrected the time. Shastri ji asks Bhavna to make a mark, when she is quiet. Akshat asks his mother to do it herself, as Arpita hasn’t come home yet and her mobile is also switched off. Madhuri offers to make the mark. Akshat goes angry that she tends to be a career woman and that the ring is with her too. He comes out to try her number. Suket tells Anjali upon asking that he wanted Raj’s documents for a surprise gift he planned for him. Avni hears this and goes to study to see the gift and Raj’s documents. She comes to the study, looks at the honey-moon package gift and cheers. While leaving, some documents drops from her hand. She picks them and sees the birth certificates of Raj. Avni realizes that his time of birth is mentioned wrongly in the 'kundali' and their 'kundali' don't actually match.

Arpita reaches home with Rohit, and thanks him for everything. He replied that she is always welcome, Arpita introduces Akshat to Rohit. Rohit tells Akshat that he is lucky to have a talented wife like her. She thanks him for helping her. Rohit says that he is happy the ring reached home in time. Akshat says that the ring is here, so he should leave now. He takes the ring from her hand, while Rohit says he is just leaving. Bauji comes out and takes Rohit inside. Avni, who finds out about her horoscope that doesn't match with Raj's horoscope comes downstairs with the papers and worriedly shows Raj his birth-certificate. She discuss the ambiguity with him, he goes to bring the birth-charts. They look at the papers and are worried to see them. Raj says there must be some confusion. Anjali notices them, while Raj says they must talk to father and Bauji. The two of them together decide to tell Avni's father about it but Anjali stops them by calling Raj.

Anjali confesses to Raj and Avni that she changed the birth time. She says that she wants her children happy and these stars are nothing in front of them. Raj says that they are hiding the reality from the family, Avni also hopes that other family members will understand this as well. Raj and Avni feel that they are getting married by telling lies and decide to reveal the reality about the 'kundali' to their elders. Anjali agrees to do as they want that she will tell everyone in her own style. Avni hugs her. Anjali decides that she will reveal this matter to Bhavna and goes to Bhavna and tells her that something was wrong in Avni's 'kundali' due to which the 'kundalis' do not match. Bhavna begins to get tensed hearing this. Anjali asks if they should break the engagement or cancel the wedding. Anjali says that she knew she would also not want the relation to break as she understands the depth of their love. Bhavna asks what Shastri ji said? Anjali says that Shastri ji said there is something in Avni’s birth-chart that causes hindrance in the relation. It becomes clear that Bhavna's past is the effecting Avni's future as Bhavna gets worried about her past. It's up to Bhavna and Anjali to find a solution to this issue. Anjali wipes her tears and says that being a mother she don’t want his son to get worried, and she knows Bhavna would also not want that all the happiness of their children are snatched. Bhavna agrees to keep this matter a secret and says that they must find a way as they don’t have to say anything to the family. She adds that they will find a way out, and a remedy.

Avni is worried that what will happen now. Arpita comes and hears this, she says that matching of birth-chart doesn’t assure happy married life. She says that love is more important is such cases. Bhavna and Anjali comes in the room. Avni hugs her mother, she promises that there will be engagement and marriage as well; they will do any remedy possible but they must keep it secret. Suket comes to call them, Avni is worried. Savri asks where everyone has been. Suket and Anjali come down with Raj. Anjali appreciates the engagement ring. Arpita and Madhuri exchange the rings. Bhavna asks Avni to put on the rings, Akshat asks why are they both giving such serious looks, and they should be happy now. The ceremony takes place, Raj and Avni get engaged and they both take blessings from everyone. Savri forbids Avni not to touch her feet but hug her. Akshat also hugs Raj. Bhavna is worried.

Sanvri asks where has the dinner been? Jashan is there, Suket asks Savri to give the seat to Jashan. Rohit sits with Akshat. Bauji asks Savri to serve to Raj’s family. Arpita asks them to put food into each other’s mouth. She then comes to serve Rohit and serves him, Akshat says thanks to him. Shastri ji takes a leave, Suket offers to take him to the gate; but Bhavna says she will, Anjali also says that she also has something to ask to him. A tensed Bhavna thanks Shastri ji, and tries to ask the 'astrologer' about what the effects can be if the 'kundalis' ( birth-chart ) do not match. Anjali sees this and intervenes and somehow manages to handle the situation by telling Shastri ji that she is writing an article about marriages in India, and wants to know what remedies are possible. He says he will tell them the remedy tomorrow. Anjali tells Bhavna to relax. Bhavna thinks she is living with her secret past for a long time, but it should not hinder the happiness of Avni in anyway.

Madhuri takes a leave that it is time for Pooja to sleep. Raj goes to call his mom, she tells him Shastri ji has think about a remedy. Anjali thanks them and says that there is a cocktail party at their place. Savri says that now everything is going to take place in a western manner. Anjali says that she knows it’s a new idea, but they will enjoy a lot. Anjali says that the dress code will be black-western. Madhuri sees that a diamond from Avni's engagement ring has gone missing. Savri Bua calls the situation inauspicious. Everyone says that they will find it, Rohit offers his help but Akshat denies it. Everyone tells Avni to relax.

Akshat comes to Arpita in the kitchen and is annoyed that this shows her quality of work that the diamond got lost on the first day. She explains but he says that only she is responsible for spoiling his sister’s engagement. Rohit comes there and exclaims that she feels disturbed because of the diamond, he assures that they will replace it. She is about to fell down, he holds her. Akshat comes there and watches them together. Rohit tells her to take care and leaves. Avni is extremely worried as a diamond from her ring has gone missing and she fears that it is inauspicious. She calls Raj telling that she can’t be careless to lose the diamond. Raj is at her home looking for the diamond with the torch light. She says that the beginning has been so bad, first the birth-chart mis-match and now the loss of diamond. Just then Raj finds the diamond and asks Avni to come down. He shoes her the diamond downstairs. Seeing this, she exclaims he found the diamond. Bhavna is going upstairs, and stops to listen to them in the dark.

Raj says that the diamond found him, puts it back into the ring and says that it won’t get away from their lives again. He kneels down and tells Avni that he will love her always, and asks if she marry him. She nods, he kisses her hand. He tells her that the stars in the sky will have to bow in front of their love, she should not worry about her. Bhavna prays that he daughter may remain happy always and all her hardships may come to her mother. Everyone looked for the diamond. Bhavna and Avni come to say that they will not find it. Avni says that Raj found the diamond yester-night. seeing this, her family are pleased with Raj. Abhay sits on the sofa. Bauji says that he know he wanted to see that sparkling on her face, but Raj won it too. Suket says that they should be happy that Avni has got Raj as her life-partner. Bauji says that Avni will be happy that she got the man she loved, her stars are high. Pooja and Madhuri played together. Madhuri tells Pooja that she is the best daughter in the world and her mother’s princess. Later, Pooja's mother comes to Jashan's house and works in their house to spend some time with Pooja. Pooja gets afraid of the lady, Madhuri tells her to say ‘hi’ but Pooja hugs Madhuri instead. Madhuri thanks the lady, Raj and Anjali come downstairs and asks who she is. Madhuri and Jashan lies that she is Pooja’s governess. Anjali cheers and gives the lady a big amount of money. Madhuri apologizes to her but she says she is happy, and thinks that this is a big house with so much money and little work to do.

Suket, Abhay and Bauji decided the clothes to be worn in the party. Abhay says that they will look up to dated in the party. Suket says that he is also confused. Bhavna says that they have a stylist at home i.e Arpita. Suket and Bauji call Arpita. Avni comes to call her mother saying that Shastri ji has come. Anjali and Raj also come there. Shashtri ji, who comes up with a solution for the 'kundalis says that there must not be a strong test in anyone’s life, he says that for this the bride to be should fast on the day of the wedding, further says that the girl should have bath with water got from her mother's house for three consecutive days. He takes a leave, while Bhavna is left terribly disturbed and gets scared and announces that she does not know about her parent's family. Raj comes to Avni and says that she doesn’t need to heed this much, they will face any problem if it comes in their way.

Pooja’s mother sees Jashan's wallet filled with money in the lounge and is about to steal the cash out of it, but Savri Bua comes to their place. Madhuri is just coming downstairs; Savri notices her coming and calls Madhuri to stops Pooja's mother from stealing the money. Pooja’s mother is alert and places the wallet back on the side-table. Madhuri invites Savri inside; Savri says that she brought the gift for them as she went to market. Savri says ‘hi’ to Pooja. She asks her mother what she was about to do and had they caught her stealing all her plan would have ruined. She tells her not to be greedy. As Madhuri comes there, Savri asks if she is really Pooja’s governess. She appreciates it saying that living here will make a mother spend more time with her daughter. Pooja’s mother goes to play with Pooja, while Savri is happy to see Madhuri upset.

At night, Bhavna sit near the temple in-house. Bauji comes there and asks what the problem is. She says it is nothing. Bauji says that a father’s eyes can see the problem in his children’s eyes. Bhavna Bhavna expresses her worry in front of Suketh's father that her past has made a problem in her daughter’s birth-chart. She tells him that Shastri ji has given the remedy but for that Avni has to bathe from the water that comes from her maternal parent’s house. She says that the Umad Village is not ready to keep any relation with her. Bhavna is afraid that if along with the water, some secrets and truths also pour out, it will ruin everything.
