At Local News office and Avni's residence, Raj goes to the local news office asking them not to do this cheap publicity stunt and focus on the other issues that happen in the town. Raj gets Avni's call, who calls him sarcastically asking if he got time from his busy schedule, and Raj gets fed up of her taunts. Raj says that he doesn't understand what she wants. Avni says that earlier he used to. Raj says that she should keep up hope and faith and not break down like this, as he is trying to find a solution. Avni says that the biggest problem awaits them, and informs him of Abhay and his brother in-law's scuffle. She asks him to be there if he has time, as she is going there already. She disconnects the call. He is tensed.
At JaiChand's Catering venue and at the given location, Madhuri's husband enters into a verbal argument with Abhay, and soon it turns heated and the two of them end up getting into a fight. Raj and Avni try to stop him. Ajay hits Madhuri's husband and throws him on the ground. Raj gets into fight and pulls Abhay away and is about to raise his hand, when Avni shouts at him, and stops him. Virat sees this from a distance. Raj asks him not to threaten him or his family again and asks him to get lost and asks Avni to take her brother away if she wants his safety. To further adds the animosity, Virat adds rat poison to Raj's brother in-law's catered food. Avni takes Abhay away while Raj's tensed.
Raj asks Jashan to calm down, and not think about Abhay, as he is immature. Just then, the host of the event, comes and informs them that people are falling unconscious since the time they ate the catered food. Jashan immediately rush there when he gets the news that the food he had been serving to his guests is not healthy and the guests eating the food are vomiting and falling unconscious. They insult him and his catering business. Jashan is mortified. He is shocked when the host threatens to accuse them of murder if something goes wrong. He leaves. Raj, Virat and Jashan go and check the containers of food, and find a suspicious smell. They wonder how it happened. Virat points out that there’s just one person, Abhay who could have done it. Madhuri’s husband immediately doubts on Abhay and blames him for the matter. Raj and Virat are convinced too. Jashan rushes out, and enter into a scuffle with Abhay, just when Abhay and Avni arrive while Raj and Avni desperately try and pull them apart. Just then, the police arrive and asks for Abhay Khandelwal. Avni and Abhay are shocked. Jashan accuses them of murder. Raj stands for Abhay that he can't do this but Jashan doesn't agree. Avni tries to argue, and then asks Raj what's he and his family trying to do. Virat intervenes saying that this matter is now in the police’s hands, and to let them do what's needed. Thanks to Virat, the police arrests Abhay. Avni tries hard to stop his arrest, and even pleads but in vain. She eyes Raj with venom, while Raj is tensed too. Madhuri’s husband thinks that everything is lost and ruined now. He leaves. Virat too takes Raj away. Avni thinks that Raj left her in such a condition. She calls up her father and tells him what happened.
At Avni’s residence, Bhavna is very tensed as to what's happening, and prays to the lord that Abhay should not be affected. She finds Suket, Avni and Akshat coming in and rushes in asking about Abhay, as they stand with their heads hung low, saying that he can't get bail right now. She is distraught. Akshat gets furious and starts venting out his frustration at Raj’s family. Suket assures Bhawna, that he knows Abhay, that he maybe immature but not a criminal and can't seek revenge like this. He promises her that tomorrow Abhay would be with them. They both leave. Avni is appalled. Akshat is enraged. Avni gets milk for him, and asks him to take something, as he hasn't eaten anything. She pleads, for the sake of of their mother Bhawna. He keeps pledging revenge on Jashan, and that now the situation is beyond tolerable limits, and that their family’s reputation is at stake, first with Arpita and now Abhay, and decides to complain about Jashan to the food and bevarage society so that Jashan's license will be cancelled, and also implicate him that they tried to falsely malign Abhay. Avni is super tensed.
The next morning, Bhawna waits impatiently, in the temple, for Abhay to return. Avni comes and tries to give her medicine, but Bhawna resolved that till Abhay doesn't come back, she won't eat or drink anything. Avni tries to make her understand that her father would get him and that she should have medicine on time. She asks her to think positively, and that sometimes situations are bad, and hence they should stop blaming themselves. Just then, Akshat comes back with Abhay. Bhawna and Avni are happy. Bhavna asks Abhay if he is okay and he assures her that he is alright and asks her to take care of herself. He gives her the medicine, and she takes them. Suket starts getting angry that Abhay had to spend the night in jail, when he was innocent all along, and that he would expose Jashan’s trap, and the world should know about him and his family. Akshat too agrees, and plans to get their license cancelled, as the head of the food and beverage committee is Suket himself.
At Raj’s residence, Anjali too is shocked to know this. Madhuri’s husband on the other hand gets shocked when he learn this that Suket is the head of the food and beverage society and realized that his catering license is on the line and starts thinking that this is all a planned conspiracy. Vikram says that they want to end his business, as they assume that Anjali ended Arpita’s jewellery design. Virat tells Jashan not to go, as there’s no use to go there and be insulted. Raj is tensed to hear all this. Raj asks him to go, even if there’s the slightests hope, as not going would just prove him more guilty. Jashan agrees.
At the Food and beverage control office, Suket and his family, and Raj and his family both arrive simultaneously. Abhay tries to get to Jashan but Avni calms him down. Raj and Avni eye each other tensedly. Suket tells Abhay to maintain decorum and discipline here. They both enter, while Raj and Avni are tensed to look at each other. She asks Abhay to go inside and call the lawyer while she parks the car, in the pretext to be able to get some time with Raj, to be able to talk this out.
As they both park their cars, Avni storms ahead, while Raj calls her from behind, and tries to taunt her, that this is what their plan was all along. She shuts him up, saying that she is shocked he could think like her father Suket. Raj points out how this could be a coincidence. They as usual enter into a scuffle, with each siding their families. Raj asks why is she taunting so wrong, as he is just trying to solve the problem. She says that he isn't getting much success at that, and asks him to let it be. She storms ahead, but her hand gets a scratch. Raj tries to caringly take a look at it, but she jerks his hand away and walks in. Raj thinks that one deed from the past and it has spoiled so many lives, and is still continuing to do so. Meanwhile, Abhay tells the lawyer that he has nothing to be afraid of, as he did nothing wrong. After disconnecting the call, and while going to the court Abhay remembers that he forgot to tell the lawyer about the hearing, and tries to dial again. He is shocked to find Raj’s numerous calls in Avni’s dialled list, and how they are on talking terms everyday, many times. He assumes thates why she wanted to park the car and is determined to find out finds out after learning that Raj and Avni had been in touch and are talking daily on the phone. He is shocked to find Avni and Raj coming in, one after the other. Abhay asks her to go inisde, and once they both leave, he is determiend to find out, but stealthily, and secretively, as both the families are tensed as it is, and don't need to be told of this recent development.
As they enter, Avni thinks that she would have to solve all this, as this is becoming uglier by the day. She asks him if he is okay. He says that he is in a moral dilemma, as one side is his family’s revenge, and the other side is someone’s career and life. She tries to make him udnerstand that they are just creating more disparities, and that an eye for an eye are not what they have grown up with. She says that they should be the bigger people, and if they make the first move, they would follow too. She tells Suket that he is a respectable person, and his identity is his truthfulness, and that he should rise above normal enemity and grievances, despite the recent personal problems. Abhay comes in and sees Avni trying to convince her father to not give a false judgement against Jashn. She further asks Suket to think once about his humanity over and above his selfish motives, and then everything will be right. Suket is overwhelmed to receive such advice from his daughter. Akshat is confused that Avni wants good for Raj and his family, and is hinting at a compromise. Akshat comes in saying that the committee awaits. He is about to go in, but asks Abhay of his opinion. She stands tensed. He says that he is okay with whatever his father Suket decides. Suket goes in. Abhay and Avni eye each other tensedly.
At Food and beverage control office, as Madhuri and Anjali come dishevelled, Raj tells them that the hearing has started. They all come in, while Raj leaves.
At Raj’s residence, Virat overhears Raj trying to solve the differences between Vikram, by asking him to be the bigger person, and not follow the principle of An eye for an Eye, but Vikram is unconvinced. Raj convinces his father to take the first step in mending their relations with Avni's family and that they would keep trying till Suket's family don't agree and resolve to finish their disparities. He asks his father to go and take the box of sweets and resolve the differences between them. Vikram is overwhelmed and finally agrees to do that only. Raj gives him a box of sweets to handover to Suket. He takes the box of sweets. Raj takes his leave, and Virat ducks so as not to be seen. After he leaves, Virat thinks that something would have to happen that ends all promise of compromise.
Meanwhile at Food and beverage control office, Raj comes back, just in time, to hear Suket aquit Jashan of all the accusations, as it has been proved, and that he won't be held for any punishments, and they should focus on finding who tried to trap Jashan. Akshat tries to speak, but Suket shuts him up, saying his decision is final, as the chairman of the committee. Abhay, who is getting suspicious of Raj and Avni sees Raj smiling at Avni, but she leaves off. Raj is tensed. Meanwhile, Jashan feels relaxed when Suket passes the judgement in his favour and does not cancel his work permit. Anjali and her family is shocked and feel happy and pleased with this gesture by Suket. Anjali is still shocked and throughly pleased with his honesty. She decides to call Vikram.
Outside, Raj tries to reconcile with Avni, while she bitterly states, that she proved that she and her father just go for honesty and not feudal enemity. Raj tells her that he loves her and her family, and that he has also done something mindblowing, and that he has sent a box of sweets, to start afresh. Avni says that she made her move, and hopes he knows what he is doing. she leaves, while Raj stands tensed.
Later at Avni’s residence, while bhawna is tensed and shocked, as she wakes up with a startle, to hear Virat’s voice hovering over her. She is very scared and tensed. Virat tells her that Vikram is planning to come, but instead he decided to. Suketh and others reach the house and see Virat there with the box of sweet given by Raj. Avni and Akshat come angrily, asking how dare he come here. Suket stops them from fighting. Virat says that he came as a good will gesture from Raj, asking them to stop this forever. Virat, who goes a step further Raj and family presents him a box of sweets as a gesture of good will. Virat opens the box and as Suket takes a sweet, he finds a photo of Bhavna with Vikram from the past, in the box of sweets. He gets furious seeing this, and grabs Virat by the collar, asking him how dare he pull this dirty prank on them. Virat pretends to be shocked as to how it came here, and how did the past come up like this. Suket angrily asks what past is he talking about. Bhavna takes the picture and is stunned. Avni is distraught. Akshat and Abhay are boggled and shocked. Suket grabs him and forces Virat to reveal the truth and asks him to speak up. Virat says that he can't, and when Suket insists, Virat tells Bhawna addressing her as Sangeeta, asking for forgiveness, as he doesn't know where and how it came here. Suket tries to connect the past dots together whereby he received a mail on Sangeeta's name and also recalls that he call the lawyer that their is no one bear Sangeeta in his hous. He is hurt and feels betrayed. Suket threatens Virat that he would kill him, if he doesn't tell the past. Virat says that there’s a past that his wife has hidden from them. Virat smiles evilly, as Bhavna is distraught. Suket is shocked. Virat reveals Bhavna's past to Suket, while Abhay and Akshat are shocked.
Meanwhile, on the road, Vikram tells Raj that he is going to Kandelwal Niwas, to thank Suket for his generosity, and that he doesn't want to bear the grudge against them anymore. Back in Avni’s house, as Virat discloses Bhavna’s past in front of them, Suket asks Bhawna if she is actually Sangeeta, she is speechless. Abhay is enraged and tries to hit Virat, when Vikram comes to the house and finds out that all is not well asking how dare he do this. Suket shows him the picture. Vikram is shocked and surprised to see the photo in Suket's hand and as to how it reached there. Vikram is forced to reveal his past connections with Bhavna and asks him to let it be in the past. Suket gets enraged, and asks his sons to throw them out. They comply. Avni asks her father to stop them, but Suket says that she is very innocent to understand all this, and that despite the past, they came back to seek revenge, as all that their family bore, was due to their well planned conspiracy.
Outside, Virat comforts Vikram, that maybe Suket found the picture in Sangeeta’s old stuff, hence he got so angered. Vikram is convinced, angry and leaves too.
Inside, Bhavna tries to speak, while Avni asks her father to calm down and listen quietly. But he storms ahead. She tries to go to Akshat. Akshat and Abhay tell their mother Bhawna that she used to be their ideal mother, but today they are ashamed to even refer to her as their mother. They both leave, while Bhavna collapses. A shocked Avni comforts her mother, while she is distraught, Avni wonders how could Raj do this and if this was his ditch attempt, at trying to salvage the situation, by bringing up the past of Umagaon like this, so crudely, it was utterly disgraceful.
At Raj’s residence, as Madhuri attends to her father Vikram’s wounds, Anjali thinks that it was their double standard all along. Raj and Anjali are shocked, as Vikram says that they got to know the secret of Umatgaon.
At Avni’s residence, Avni tries to give her mother medicine, and console her that she is not at fault. She asks her father to get her mother to agree to take her medicine. He comes inside stoically. He says that he would never be able to forget and forgive her, and this is also true, that she is the mother to his children, and hence he would have to accept her, and he doesn't have any other option too. He gives the medicine to her crudely, and she is hurt. Suket further tells Bhawna that what Vikram did to her, and what Raj did to Avni, he wouldn't forget it ever and will forever hate them for this. He storms out. Bhawna breaks into tears. Avni wonders what and how did Raj do this.
