At night everyone at home is tensed, Raj reaches Avni's house with an answer. Bauji asks him about his answer. Raj says he have come with the reply. Savri hopes he says no. Raj says he is ready and tells everybody that he will leave his family for Avni's sake. Savri stands up. Raj tells them that they have a bigger Banglow in older Jaipur; they will live there after marriage. Suket goes on to say that a person who is willing to leave his family for the sake of his benefit will leave Avni too when it benefits him and asks what’s the proof he won’t leave Avni. Savri agrees. It turns out that Suket's father was testing him and he had failed in the test. Bauji tells Raj to leave, as he has got answers to his question. Raj leaves as Avni cries. Savri says that she is just afraid Bauji forwards the proposal after hearing yes. She says bad words for Raj and his family. Raj is sitting in the car, when Avni comes running to him. She hits Raj asking how he thought about leaving his family for her. He says love had not and this meaning for him ever, but Madhuri and Jashan owed me to say so. She is shocked as she realizes that Raj had said this only because of Madhuri and Jashn's insistence. Raj asks if she think he will do this with happiness. Avni hugs Raj. He apologize to her that can't think straight and he is losing hope. Avni says she believe in her love and they won’t lose. Her family will agree one day that no one can be better for her than him. Savri says that she is happy this love chapter ended. Avni comes in. Savri says that Raj is not able to be with her. She tells her to prepare for Raksha and forget Raj. Avni says she know Raj well. Akshat asks if she sees what he did today and she should forget about him. Avni recalls what Raj had done to make up her dad’s mood in favor of Akshat, she says for her, it doesn’t matter what he says but what he has done for their family. She comes to temple and prays silently.
The next morning, Bauji asks Avni is nowhere to be seen, she was very excited for Rakhsha ever. Savri says now Avni will only be celebrating Valentine’s Day. Avni comes in saying she was in kitchen preparing Akshat and Abhay’s favorite sweet. She recalls Savri something is missing in her plate. Avni celebrates Raksha Bandhan, she comes to Akshat and ties Rakhi while Savri ties the Rakhi to Suket. Suket gifts Savri jewellery set. She prays he live long. Akshat gifts Avni gadget, but Avni says she only wants one thing from him and she won’t take anything else. She comes to Abhay and ties Rakhi to him. Abhay says he doesn’t earn, but he only wants her to be happy; and if Raj is her happiness, he will go to any end to meet them both up. Meanwhile, Raj too celebrates the festival with Madhuri as she ties the rakhi to him. Raj gifts her a saree, of Avni’s likings. Madhuri cries saying sorry to him, he had to lose because of her. He says whatever she did was for his betterment, and he has only love for her and Jashan. Madhuri says that today, she wants him to gift her that Avni comes as bride in the house. She suggests they should call their parents from Australia to talk to Bauji. Raj says he has to handle it by himself and then decides to go to Arpita to get the rakhi tied.
The post man brings a letter and asks for Sangeeta. The watchman denies any Sangeeta’s presence. Bhavna comes there and tells the watchman to go, receiving the letter she rushes into her room after getting a gift from an unknown person in Umadgaon. Bauji watches her worried. There is a Rakhi in it. She cries looking at it, and places it in a box full of such Rakhi’s. Bauji stands behind her, and comes in. She says like every year, this year also it returned. Every year, the love of a sister gets defeated. Bauji blesses her, that no sister go through such pain in life. Raj comes home; Savri asks him why he come here. Arpita says she called him, as he is her only brother. Suket comes there, Arpita says that Raj is here as a brother, can’t they forget everything. Suket agrees. Arpita gets Rakhi for him, and ties it. He says he will leave now, giving her the gift. Arpita says he should not leave without having lunch. Raj looks at Suket.
Arpita stops Raj for lunch. He looks at Suket, who is sitting angrily. Avni comes downstairs and come along as Raj and Arpita heads towards the table. Savri says something into Akshat’s ears. Akshat says today is Raksha so he will give her a treat. Avni denies, but Suket says that when Akshat wants to take her out they will all go. He asks Bhavna, who and Bauji say they won’t. Akshat takes his entire family to a hotel for a treat. In the hotel, Akshat asks Avni to order, but Avni says that if he want her to be happy, to let her go home for lunch. She looks at some guys sitting and pointing at her, she asks her father and Akshat to leave the place; but they say they will leave as soon as they are done with the lunch. The goons pointed Avni and begin to tease her but Suket and Akshat are quiet. Seeing that none of her family members are responding in any manner. Avni messages Raj.
At home, Arpita apologizes to Raj saying she doesn’t understand why Akshat is not favoring him. Raj gets Avni’s text that some guys are misbehaving with me. Raj leaves in anger, Bauji and Bhavna follow.
Avni asks Akshat why he is not saying anything. Suket tells her to finish her food soon and they will leave after paying the bill. Avni stands up and goes to the boys. The elders stop her but she comes to them and asks if he haven’t learnt to behave. A guy holds her hand asking her to teach them how to behave. Raj arrives at the hotel, holds the guy's hand off Avni's and beat up the goons. He then tells Akshat that he is her elder brother, they were misbehaving with her and he did nothing and asks what is wrong with him? Raj reminds him that she tied Rakhi on his hand and at least he should have protected her today. Seeing this Suket call Raj and others scold him for behaving without thinking. Suket says he did whatever was sensible. The police arrive; Suket tells him this is what Akshat did. Bauji also says that sometimes the other person might be better that him and asks how will he be able to protect Avni then. Suket says today it has been proved that he is not able for Avni in any way. He asks everyone to go. Avni stayed with Raj, Savri drags her saying there has already been a big drama. But the truth is Avni's family keeps putting Raj through various tests, just to prove Raj isn't good enough for Avni.
Avni arrives home and tells his parents that she feels safer with Raj around her and asks if Raj needs to be the most perfect man of the world and that she is also imperfect. She begs him not to do so and asks what wrong did he do. Akshat asks wasn’t it wrong what he did there? She says no, he did alright and she feel safe with him and calls him her real protector. Savri asks what is she saying? She says the guy who doesn’t listen to her insult and defend her with his hands; is the one she feel safe with. Abhay comes there and listens to their conversation. Avni asks Akshat if he think for once and how much she hated it when they were saying derogatory words to her. Bhavna asks if she think they don’t love her. Avni says she feels better with what Raj did. Suket scolds her to go to her room if she is done. She asks for an answer but Savri drags her to the room. Abhay comes there clapping, he asks giving his daughter pain and sadness and that what kind of betterment is this. He adds that he can’t separate Raj and Avni. Suket says at least they are fulfilling what their relations demand and Abhay have failed to do that.
Abhaas comes to Avni’s room and takes her along. He brings her to a park, Raj is there too. They are both relieved to see each other and runs towards each other ending up hugging. She asks Raj if he is alright, and says he did the right thing to beat the goons. Abhay comes to them, Raj thanks him for bringing her here. Abhaas says that their family won't ever accept them both, so he have found a solution. Raj says they are ready to do anything. Abhaas says that it is time he protect them both and their love. He reveals his plan to them and tells them that the two of them should elope, they were both shocked. Abhaas explains that there is no other way. He says that they can’t take it as their bad luck and leave each other. Avni objects, but Abhaas says he promised himself that he won’t make them both separate from each other. He asks Raj if he want that he is tested for small things, and in the end they say he is not worth of Avni. He denies, Abhaas says that he will make the arrangements for them both to run tomorrow, so that they may marry and make their love story successful.
At night, Avni wakes up. Raj is there. Avni asks why they have to do so, she wishes she did not have to do so. Raj says they made much efforts for Akshat and Arpita so that their love gets accepted. But what happened. Raj says that Bhavna aunty understands, but she is hopeless in front of Suket. Avni says that the only way left is running away. She says that this is her last night at home, Raj says until their love is accepted he won't also contact his family; so as to share everything with her.
Raj makes preparations to leave the house forever by packing his things and meanwhile Avni cries hugging her teddy. He talks on phone saying he has seen the place they will live, and will find a good job as well. A man comes to meet him and gives him the bag with whole money transacted from the bank. She says it seems he is going to make a big investment, Raj agrees that it is the biggest investment of his life. Avni, who decides to prepare the last meal for her family is cooking in the kitchen; Bhawna comes to ask why she is preparing everyone’s favorite. She asks what it is all about. Savri says she is making everyone’s mood change, but they won’t work and takes Bhavna along. Abhay comes to the kitchen. He asks if she have to prepare; Avni says she want to make this day memorable. Abhay says he want to see her happy at any cost. Everyone appreciates the dinner. Bauji asks if everything is okay. Sanvri says he should ask Avni. Avni says she just wanted to cook today. She serves the food, and tells her mother to sit. She apologizes to them that she talked aloud to them all, she asks them to forgive her as she loves them all. Bhavna hopes Arpita had not gone to her home and she will be so happy seeing her. Avni cries and looks at the temple praying to keep her family happy in her absence.
At night, Avni is watching her parent’s photograph crying. Abhay comes to ask that they will have to go in a while. Avni says it is alright. Akshat comes and asks what is alright. Abhay says that he is going for a drive and wanted her to come along. Akshat says he should stay home and let Avni sleep. Raj eat with Madhuri’s hands. Jashan asks how he is eating with her hand. He says he just wanted to have food from her hand. Raj leaves the house after having his last meal from his sister's hands saying he has to go to gym. Jashan asks who goes to gym after meal; he says he has to meet Ankit first. Raj looks behind and thinks he is not saying anything to them so that they don’t have to suffer anything when he is gone. Pooja holds his hand and asks him to tell her a tale. He holds her hand and says her parents are better story-tellers. He takes her promise that she will take care of her. Meanwhile, Avni holds the bag; Savri knocks the door and comes inside to sleep with her. Avni hides the bag behind the curtain and come to bed.
Raj wonders what if he didn’t have to run this way. Someone stops him on the road, it was Akshat. Raj asks if he can drop him somewhere, as this place is deserted. Akshat sits in the car. Savri had keep hand on Avni, which she removes slowly and gets up. Abhay meets her. She meets everyone in the house while they are asleep, she first goes to her parents and takes their blessings while they were asleep. She then comes to Bauji and touches his feet too.
Akshat asks Raj where he is going so late. Raj says that he is going for Jashan’s catering business. Akshat notices money in the car, Raj says this is the money for all the workers. Akshat leaves. Abhay and Avni were waiting for Raj outside the house. Abhay feared if he had changed his decision. Raj comes and tells him he met Akshat. Abhay asks if they are both ready. He tells Avni to go somewhere far, as no one here can understand their love here. She hugs him, he tells Raj to take care of his sister. Avni thanks his brother. He says he could do nothing in return of her Raakhi’s. He even feeds Avni with some sweets so that they can start their new life and to remember their old days; they place them in each other’s mouths. Raj assures him he will keep Avni happy. Abhay gives Raj a phone to use. They leaves the house after her brother Abhay blesses the two of them. In between the night Savri Bua wakes up and tells Avni to get her water, and doesn’t find her in bed. She stand up looking for Avni in the house and realizes that Avni is not in the house. Akshat comes to ask what happened. She tells Akshat about this that Avni is not in her room and goes to look in the garden. Hearing her Akshat thinks about Raj and all the money and immediately understands that Raj has taken Avni away from them.
