October 25 , Wednesday Update On The Vow 2 Episode 691 - 694

Amar runs back to the warehouse where he left Sindoora but she's nowhere to be seen. The police call out his name and Amar turns around and sees them –telling Amar that he is under arrest for the disappearance of Ms. Sindoora Singh!!! Amar tells them to please believe him, he've done nothing and that he is innocent. The police say they don't want to hear anything, and whatever he have to say he can say it when he get to the police station. They put the handcuffs on Amar while he keeps trying to defend himself as being innocent. Amar is taken to the police station and reporters question him as he is taken out of the jeep. He keeps repeating that he've not done nothing. The police take him inside. Divya is at home playing with Dia and wonders why Amar hasn't come as yet, so much time has passed. A little boy comes and tells her to come and see what's being shown on the tv. She takes up Dia and goes with him to a neighbours house. She sees on the news that Amar has been arrested for his involvement in Sindoora's disappearance. She's shocked by this news.
Amar is being interrogated by the police and he keeps maintaining that he's innocent. He then admits that he did meet her and they had a confrontation, he pushed her and she fell unconscious to the ground, that's all that happened, he doesn't know what happened to her after that. The police says okay if he believe what he just said, and asks if he then go to get a doctor. Amar says yes – he remembers taking out his phone to call for help and getting Divya's call instead informing him that Dia was seriously ill and was rushed to hospital. He rushed to the hospital but as soon as he found out that his daughter was out of danger he went back to where he had left Sindoora to help her but she was gone and then the police showed up. The police says his story is very good and asks why couldn't he just inform a doctor right there at the hospital and get one of them to come and help Sindoora. Amar says her daughter was in such a serious condition that he couldn't thing of all that. He swears by Shambunathji that it's not a story and that he's telling the truth. The police says if she was unconscious then how can she disappear. Amar is thinking to himself when the policeman gets a phone call. The search party informs him that they've found Sindoora's dead body. Amar is shocked.
At Singh mansion Bharat is telling them that he's sure Amar is involved in his mother's disappearance. Aniket defends Amar. Uma also agrees with Aniket. Aniket says that Sindoora herself has masterminded this. Bharat doesn't believe this and states that he's very worried for his mother. He defends his mother saying she's changed and has repented for her deeds. Just then, Bharat gets a phone call from the police and he's in shock with the news. He drops the phone and sort of babbles as he tires to tell them that the police is saying that they've found his mother's dead body. They're all in shock. He can't believe it he says she can't be dead and he falls to his knees in tears. He's hysterical and in tears but no one comforts him as they're in shock. His sorrow then turns to anger as he shouts that Amar has killed his mother and he keeps ranting if they are all happy now that his mother is dead. He gets up and says he's going after his brother, Amar. Aditi tries to stop him but he pushes her away and leaves in anger.
Amar is in the jail cell recalling what happened at the warehouse. Bharat bursts him and grabs Amar through the bars. He's ranting that he'll kill him for killing his mother asks why did he do this. The police have to pull him away from Amar and Amar moves away from the door holding his throat. Divya is at the police station asking to see her husband. They say he's accused of killing Sindoora and they can't let anyone meet him while the investigation is going on, and in any case the time for visiting is over. Just then the police are escorting an out of control Bharat. He sees Divya and they both stare at each other. He turns away from her eventually and is leaving. Divya calls him and goes over to him. She touches him by the shoulder and he motions for her to stay away from him. He asks what did they want from him and asks if they are happy now that his mother is dead, he can't understand why Amar killed his mother. Divya asks if he really believe that Amar can kill his mother and that he know very well that he's his brother. Bharat says no that he's no longer his brother, and that they all have broken all relations with him.
Bharat says Amar is a killer, he's a murder and he will make sure that he's punished severely for what he's done and he'll be hanged. Divya is shocked to hear this from him and tells Bharat to stop, and that how could he says he want Amar to be hanged, she is ashamed of him for this. She says he was the one who was dearest to her and also asks if he have forgotten how everyone supported him against her, and have he forgotten all that she has done to them. She tells him to remember god is watching everything and if he wishes he will set all of this right and nothing will happen to Amar, even she won't let anything happen to him, and to remember that as she points her finger at him. Divya leaves him and Bharat remembers when he brought mother home from the mental asylum, when she recovered and he told her that he's got a chance to repent – and not to take this away from her, when she told him to fight for his right and win for her, the letter she left for him telling him that Amar and Divya will falsely accuse her of many things. He says to himself that he will get justice for his mother and he won't let her killer go free.
Divya is walking in the middle of the road with Diya in her hands and she has a flashback to when she went to the police station and she wanted to see Amar and the inspector said that he can't give anyone permission to see Amar because he is charged with Sindoora's murder. Then she has a flashback to when she came face to face with Bharat and he said that he can never forgive Amar because he is a criminal and a murderer and he wants Amar to be hanged. Divya prays to "Shambhunath Ji to please not let Diya be faced with any difficulties while proving Amar innocent. She that Shambhunath ji to help her not face any difficulties that may arise." As Divya continues to walk she gets a bit tired and there is a car coming towards her. Dr. Shashank comes out of the car.
Divya is at Dr. Shashank's house. Dr. Shashank says, "Amar can never do anything like that. He have seen a lot of love for her in his heart and when a person has that much love in their heart he don't think he can take anyone's life." Divya is crying and she says, he didn't do anything wrong and he is not a criminal." Dr. Shashank says, "Nothing will happen to Amar and he will help her get Amar back. They will have to fight to save Amar and promise her that he will talk to a big lawyer today.
At the Singh Mansion, Uma is crying and Aniket tells her to please control herself Uma asks, how can she control herself, Amar is with the police, Sindoora has been murdered and Divya is all alone." Aditi asks her to control herself. Aniket says, is it not weird how everything happened." Aditi says, "It seems very weird and everything that happened seems straight forward, but it doesn't make sense." Aniket says, she is right. But one thing is for sure, Amar can't take anyone's life, even if it is Sindoora's life." Aditi says, she think someone is trying to frame Amar and she just don't understand who would be trying to frame Amar. Aniket says, that is what he is trying to understand too and everything is so weird. Sindoora leaves the house suddenly, and then she comes back suddenly, and then she sees only Amar, and then she gets murdered. There are so many questions that is coming in his mind and he don't know what's right or wrong." Aditi reminds her father in-law that, tomorrow her mother rite will be performed and Bharat needs them to support him. No matter how many mistakes he made, they still have to show some humanity towards him.
It's morning and Sindoora's prayer ceremony is taking place. The pundit asks who is doing the Antim Sanskar asks, if the father will do the Antim Sanskar or the son?" Bharat says, the person that has love and respect in his mind for her will do her Antim Sanskar ( last rite ) and not the person that has hated her. He is her son and he will do it." The Antim Sanskars begin and Bharat has flashbacks of Sindoora, when she was acting pagal and Bharat had to help her. Bharat lights Sindoora's body.
Bharat and Bhargav are sitting in the living room of the Singh Mansion and Bharat says, to make sure that Amar doesn't get a lawyer. He don't want him to get out on bail and he want him to get punished soon." Bhargav tells him not to worry, he have already arranged it and lawyer will take part in this case. Everything can be bought with money and power." Bharat refuses and tells Bhargav that he can't bring back his mother with money and power, and the person that made his mom die is his own brother Amar Singh." Aditi comes in with food for Bharat, Bhargav says, he should be leaving now." Bhargav leaves and Bharat says, he is not hungry right now. And he won't be hungry or thirsty until he get the person who killed his mom hanged." Aditi says, he know what the truth is and the truth is that he don't know what he is doing. She asks Bharat to just calm down and think all this through then he will realize that his brother can't do anything like this." Bharat tells, Aditi to just shut up and stop complimenting Amar. He lost his mother and he know how it feels to lose a mother." Bharat gets up and leaves.
Dr. Shashank and Divya go to the temple and Dr. Shashank asks, what's so special about this temple." Divya says, whatever he ask for from this mandir he will always get it." Dr. Shashank tells her not to worry and nothing will happen to Amar. God is with her. Divya asks if he will hold Diya for two minutes." Divya gives Diya to Dr. Shashank and then she walks inside the temple. Divya walks upto god and she prays. She says, she is not hiding anything from god and god know everything and know that Amar is innocent and he hasn't done anything wrong. God is probably just testing the power truth, but not to test the truth too much because then lies will win and to please fulfil her wish and to please prove Amar innocent, which he is. She plead to god to please free Amar and if he do that then she will come here every Monday and every Monday she will keep a fast and to please just fulfil her wish." Bharat comes in the mandir and asks, God to please fulfil his wish and to please get the person that killed his mom hanged and bring justice to his mom. Divya hears Bharat's voice and she turns around. Divya walks over to Bharat and Bharat walks towards Divya. Bharat says, "So she is here to ask for Amar's life and he is here to ask for his death." Divya asks, "Amar's death and says the death of the brother that considers him his life. She use to think that whatever words come out of his mouth were Sindoora Partap Singh's words, but now she pity him and she feel bad that whatever he is saying are his own words. She pity him because when he find out the truth he won't be able to look himself in the mirror." Bharat says, she can never hide the truth that she see with her own eyes and the truth is that Amar killed his mom." Divya says, "Everything he see isn't always true and the truth is that Amar is innocent and he will come out of jail." Bharat says, he is guilty and no power in the world can save him." Divya tells him not to have any misunderstandings that there is no power, that can save Amar and that is the power of Eshwar." Bharat says, that is why he is here and to ask for justice." Divya says, justice doesn't mean that innocent people get punished." Bharat tells her to wait and see." Divya agrees with him to let's them see who wins, the truth or lies.
Divya and Dr. Shashank go to a lawyer's office and Shashank asks to see one of the lawyers. The receptionist apologize to him that he went to Calcutta this morning." Shashank is surprised and asks how can that happen, he talked to him yesterday and even got an appointment for today and asks when will he be back?" The receptionist says, he will take about one month to come back. Shashank says to Divya, not to worry that they will find another lawyer.
Shashank and Divya go to another lawyer and the lawyer says, he've read their file and hr have to say, there is no way to win in this case as all the proofs and witnesses are against Mr. Amar Singh and only a miracle can save Mr. Singh from getting hanged. He read his file because he sent it to him and he should probably find another lawyer.
Shashank and Divya go to their car and Shashank says, he will talk to Mr. Kapoor as he is a big lawyer and he know him." Shashank calls Mr. Kapoor, Mr. Kapoor is sitting in his office alone and he picks up the phone and Shashank introduced himself to Mr. Kapoor this is Dr. Shashank, he asks how is he doing and that he want to meet with him." Mr. Kapoor asks, what is the case?" Shashank says, it is about Mr. Amar Singh case. He asks when can he meet him." Mr. Kapoor gets tensed and says, it's just that he is in a meeting and he will call him later." Shashank is about to say something but Mr. Kapoor immediatly hangs up.
Dr. Shashank and Divya are in the car and Divya says, she don't understand why no one is ready to take Amar's case?" Shashank says, he think this is happening because of Bharat.
Bharat is sitting at home and he looking through papers and Bhargav is standing with him. Bharat asks Bhargav, why is his clients decreasing? He don't have half the clients that he had last month and he is not getting any new clients. Bhargav says, everyone is advancing and everything is getting faster and that Bharat want everything to happen faster." Bharat asks, what is he trying to say that he ( Bhargav ) have to wait for things in this company?" Bhargav says, he think he might not be entitled to say this, and asks him not to take this badly. This isn't his fault, but on one hand his mother died and on the other hand is Amar's trial and he is so entangled in these things so much that he is not able to take time out for the company and he tried to explain to the clients and they don't understand. The clients were saying some things to him that, Bharat Singh is not able to handle this company alone." Bharat says, he can't make his personal problems interfere with the company." Bhargav asks, so what will they do? Bharat calls Mr. Gupta and tells him he is Bharat Singh speaking and to please give the power of attorney to Bhargav. When he is not in the company Bhargav has right to make decisions. Hearing this, Bhargav gets a smile on his face.
Amar enters the court and Bharat enters court from the other side. Bhargav tells Bharat that the hearing is about to begin." Bharat says, he is also waiting for this hearing to begin, because he want the person that killed his mom to be hanged."
Everyone stands up when the judge comes in and the judge says, "Good morning everyone and please be seated...and says State vs. Amar Singh. The case begin." Someone tells the judge that Amar doesn't have a lawyer. The judge says, if it's like that then the court can give him a lawyer." Divya comes in and stop the Judge saying Amar Singh has a lawyer. A lawyer is behind Divya.
The state's lawyer says, Amar Singh got arrested and the body was also found there." Amar's lawyer says, This is a court room and if he put a body in the corner and the police comes and arrests him does that means that he is the murderer?" The state's lawyer says, "That's not right your honor." Amar's lawyer says, "That is the whole thing in this case. Mr. Amar Singh was seen at a isolated location and right there was a dead body and they both got connected and asks if they know Mr. Amar Singh. He is the chairman of Singh industries, he has donated all around the world and he has made a name for himself. He can't raise his hand towards anyone and asks why would he take someone's life?" The state's lawyer says, opposed him and says they have seen cases like this before when they can't expect the person who commited the crime to do anything wrong. And that person is still proven guilty and they can't just have proof where they have many witnesses, and of the witnesses are Mr. SK Lamba, he would want permission for him to come to the stand." The judge says, "Permission granted." The state's lawyer says to Mr. Lamba, that the day that the Singh House's auction was taking place he was present right? Mr. Lamba says, "Yes he was there." The state's lawyer asks, if he can tell them if their was something else going on there besides auctioning." Mr. Lamba says, "Yes. He remember it." There is a flashback to when Amar says that he won't forgive Sindoora. Amar's lawyer asks, if he threaten to kill Sindoora Singh?" The state's lawyer says, "There is no reason to say that straight forward, but he did threaten her." Amar's lawyer says, when someone's house is being taken away from him, he might get angry and let out his anger, but that doesn't mean he will take someone's life." The state's lawyer says, he have ten more witnesses that he would like to bring up." Amar's lawyer tells him to, call them up and he also have 10 questions for every witness." The witnesses start to come up one by one and Amar's lawyer starts to question them and the judge writes some notes down. Then the judge stands up and says, the court is adjourned for today.
Court is in session again and Amar's lawyer asks for one minute to consider that Amar Singh did push Sindoora Singh, and she fell. But by pushing someone their face doesn't get completely messed up and the body that the police found had a messed up face." The state's lawyer says, who is saying that Sindoora's death was caused by a push...and this story is just something that Amar Singh made up. There was no pushing taking place, Amar murdered her, and that is the truth."
Aniket takes an oath to only speak the truth. Aniket says, every person that knows Amar will never believe that he can murder anyone." The state's lawyer says, he object this and that this witness shouldn't count because he is related to the person charged with the crime." Amar's lawyer says, wouldn't the state's lawyer also want to tell that how this man is related to Amar. He is Amar's uncle and the husband of the woman who got murdered. His wife was murdered and he is still on the side of the man that is accused murdering his wife and that's only because Amar is innocent."
Bhargav comes and says, "Amar Singh came up to Bharat and he threatened him right infront of him." There is a flashback of when Amar came and threatend Bharat, about hurting him and Sindoora if anything happend to Diya. Bharat comes up and takes an oath to only tell the truth. Bharat says, "Amar Singh is the reason why his mom left home and then he got a call from her that she was coming back andheI was really happy. Then suddenly the next day Amar Singh came into his house and threatend to kill his mom, and then when he checked his phone there were 10 missed calls from his mom. He called back and she didn't pick up the phone. He was unlucky that his phone was on silent and if he would have picked up the phone then his mom would be alive." The judge says, after looking at all the evidence there wasn't any proof that Amar Singh is innocent. The other lawyer has given many proofs that Amar was Sindoora's enemy. The court comes to the decision that Amar Singh is Sindoora's muderer, that is why this court gives Amar the punishment of death. Amar Singh to be Hanged.
