Abhay tell Avni that this is how Raj is; Avni says that he should explain the situation to him. Abhay says he know that now Raj will ask to accept their relation so that he doesn’t give the evidence. He takes promise from Avni not to tell anyone at home about his trial as there is already tension. Raj is worried had he said something more that he should have. He is left with a difficult decision whether to testify against Abhay or not and waits for Avni’s call, but it was the professor. He tells Raj that he has to come, a student leader can’t act as a goon and it is about the discipline. Raj promises he will come and apologize to Avni looking at her picture. Avni thinks about calling Raj, and then says what will she talk about. Raj is sitting in his room; Pooja comes and kisses Avni’s picture on his cell phone, she asks him to call her. He denies shaking head. Madhuri calls Pooja, she goes telling them to hurry. Pratab comes and greets the orphanage management. They tell him that Savri has now become the trustee of the orphanage. Savri explains that she thought that instead of sitting home idly, she should indulge herself in some social service and joins the orphanage as a trustee. Pratab appreciates her step. After he has taken the leave, Savri asks how are the adopted children taken care of.
The manager says that they keep on checking the condition of the children, but they have brought the file she asked for. but Savri intentions are not right as she still wants Puja to leave Madhuri and Jashn's house and says now she will see if Madhuri keeps her away from Pooja or she will let her go away from her.
Avni comes to the college; Abhay asks what she is doing. She says she is worried and that he is alone here. Meanwhile, Raj attends the hearing against Avni's brother Abhaas as a witness supporting the professor. Professor greets him. The principal comes there; the professor tells the principal that he thought the college papers are getting leaked out. He went to Abhay’s house to ask, but he told him not to interfere. He tore his shirt and beat him and that Raj is evidence to this. He asks the principal to rusticate Abhaas. Raj tells the whole situation to the principal. The principal says he will look into the matter before coming to the final decision. Abhay stands up and tells Avni this is Raj, he doesn’t believe in her trust on her brother. They leave. Raj looks at them leaving, the professor asks him to sign the statement; he takes the file and says he will get it in 5 minutes.
Outside Avni asks Abhaas why he didn’t give any clarification. Abhay says that he knows the complaint has been made by a professor and some boys are already against him. Later, Raj further confirmed this and comes to know that the professor was only trapping Abhaas. It has all ended. He makes a plan to foil the professor's plan. Avni says sorry to him. He asks why is she saying sorry, but Avni says that Raj was there because of her and she knows how important that student council was for him. The principal comes to the meeting room again. During the second hearing all other students who were supporting the professor go against him and says that Abhay is a true leader and no one can be better leader that Abhay. The boys adds that it is the Professor who leaks the papers. The professor is stunned at this. The principal suspends the professor and rejects the complaint against Abhay. Abhay is not picking up the phone in his car. Avni gets Raj’s call, and gives her the good news. She tells Abhay. Abhaas says that in spite of that Raj’s statement, he ( Abhay ) won.
The students and the professor were shouting. The professor says they cheated upon him. The boy says that the professor cheated them, he bought his evidence from them in such a low price. The professor later comes to know that Raj was the cause of this when the students question while he paid Raj so heavily and that Raj even showed them one lac bundle. Raj comes there and says that he knew the professor was getting Abhaas caught and he had no choice in what he do. Abhay and Avni were also there as they find out that Raj was responsible for turning the case in their favour. The boys start to beat the professor, Abhay stops them. A boy calls him the loser and threatens Abhay about saying that he will cause harm to Avni and tells him to take care of his sister.
The boys were discussing that they will see Abhay. Hearing this, Raj get furious. Abhaas comes and fights with the boys. The gang holds him while one of them brings a stick. Raj comes and hits the boys too. They both fight together. Raj beats the boy who talked about Avni. He held his throat, and deterred him not to be seen near Avni’s college. Abhay and Avni come to take him away while the boy runs. Raj is in anger, he tells Abhay that if someone says something about Avni, he will do this to him and that Abhay won’t stop him. Raj leaves.
Avni tells Abhay to think that whatever he think about Raj, he isn't like that. Abhay tells her not to think he is impressed. Avni says he should be, as he played a trick so that the Professor’s truth opened up. Abhay says he would have done it himself, as he wasn’t wrong and he thinks she cares more about Raj than him. She is convinced that her brother Abhaas is not going to change his decision about and decides to leave him alone. She goes away saying she supported him than Raj today, and spoke to him in a way that he must be angry with her; she will handle it as it’s their problem and Abhay never understands. She later decides to apologize to Raj as she feels that Raj is too upset for what has happened. Meanwhile, Suket gets a call; Mr. Busan says that Suket promised him the report. Suket says he is working on this, and the work is in progress and asks if he doesn’t believe him. Mr. Bunsan says he will come to see the progress of the work tomorrow; he invested with him only because he trusted him but it seems Suket is unable to manage it. Suket says he can’t stop him to come. He says had he stopped Akshat, this time would never come.
Avni calls Raj, he was asleep. She says how he is sleeping, she only thinks about him when she tries to sleep. He says hmm. She asks what hmm means. He says he don’t know how to sing a lullaby; she called so she should speak as well. She apologize to him. He says it is okay and now to get to sleep. She says it means he didn’t accept her apology. He asks what should he do, there is a problem when he speaks, and when he doesn’t. He is tired and a lot of work to do in office tomorrow so she should let him sleep and disconnects the call. Avni thinks he disconnected without saying I love you to her and it means he is still angry at her. Meanwhile, Suket misses his son Akshat and recalls Mr. Bunsan’s words as he comes to Akshat’s room. He holds his photo and lovely called Akshat his son! He want him today. He thinks he must call him back. He tries his number but it is switched off. He thinks about mailing him, he opens his laptop andis about to mail him and ask him to come back but seeing Akshat and Arpita's marriage photo he gets angry and decides against it, closing the laptop shut. Avni comes and asks if everything is alright. Suket went away saying his laptop battery went dead so he used to use this one. Madhuri finds Savri with Pooja. She tells Pooja to go away washing her hands and asks Savri with what right, she came to meet her. Savri says today she came here to fulfil her responsibility as a trustee to the orphanage. Sanvri says she will now decide, whether she is a good mother and keep Pooja. Madhuri gets shocked when she learns that Savri Bua is now a member of the orphanage and cries that she can’t do this to her. Savri, who cooks up a new plan to try and separate Pooja from Madhuri tells her to be quiet the way she stayed quiet that day and leave Pooja with her alone so she can ask if she is happy here. Akshat and Arpita were coming downstairs. Madhuri tries to point Savri’s presence to them, when they don’t understand she calls Savri. Akshat runs inside taking Arpita, while Savri turns around to see and thinks Madhuri has gone crazy.
Raj brings files to Suket. He asks if he can help him as he worked on these files with Akshat. Suket says he will do them himself. He gets Avni’s text that she is waiting for him at the reception. He tells her he is in her father’s office, and dare she come in. She comes in to tell her father that he forgot to bring lunch. She insists him to have lunch. Raj takes a leave but Avni stops him and says her mother sent Halwa for him. The tiffin had a chit saying Sorry. He hands it back to her and leaves. Suket calls Mr. Bunsan to come and tells Avni he will eat lunch later. Avni agrees, takes the chit from the tiffin and puts it in her bag. She is about to leave, when Suket calls her, thank her and adds that parents are proud of the children who take care of them. On the other hand, Madhuri asks Savri if she will take her whole time in one child’s follow up. Savri says it isn’t a bad idea, she will spend one whole day with one child. She asks if so much time necessary to test one child. Savri says that is how she will get an idea if Pooja’s future is secure in her hands or not. Madhuri asks what does she want to say, Pooja doesn’t lack anything here. Savri asks lacking; does Jashan even has a house of his own as to her information this is your Madhuri father’s house. Madhuri says she should leave now and adds that Jashan has enough capability to buy his own house as well. Savri gets to leave, saying they will meet again soon. Pooja comes and asks her mother about the uncle and aunty. Madhuri points at her to be quiet but Savri turns to ask that whom she is talking about. Pooja says they live upstairs. Savri asks that to her knowledge, only Madhuri, Jashan and Raj lives here and asks who these new relatives are. Madhuri says Jashan’s friends have come and will stay here for some days. Savri sits down saying she will leave after meeting them.
Avni comes to Raj and says hi in the office. She says she has to type an official mail on his laptop. She insists him to give her the seat, she types talking aloud that Dear Mr. trainee Raj, she being the daughter of his boss wants to inform him that the best thing he did is to make a space in her heart. Whether he is angry or annoyed, she will continue loving him. Raj poses to be indifferent. Avni’s tears come out of her eyes. Raj too sees Avni crying while apologizing to him and feels upset. He comes to her and tells her he is not angry, he forgives her and tell her not to cry. She says she is crying just to think how much it must have hurt him. He hugs her, saying she is crazy and his anger vanished looking at her. He looks at the mail box but gets scared when he sees that Avni has sent a love letter to his e-mail id. She says it is good and it will remain saved in his inbox. Avni and Raj goes towards his cabin. Raj tells her it was sent to her father’s mails. Avni is worried hearing this. Suket checks the mails and thinks Raj has sent the approval of new project. Mr. Bunsan comes there and Suket gets involved with him. Raj comes there running and realizes that Suket reads all his e-mails as Suket tells him he got his updates but tells him to send him all the mails together. Raj says it is alright that he should check them when he have send them all.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bunsan, who is the investors are unhappy with Suket's way of working and says that this work is being done in parts, and he doesn’t think it will get completed this way. Suket says he wants some more work. Mr. Bunsan stands and says he has given much time, and he isn’t ready to accept that he can’t handle the business without Akshat. Suket says he can’t talk to him like that, as he has earned a lot through his business, nor should he tell him how to run his business. Mr. Bunsan decide to file a complaint against him saying they will take action against his attitude and call and investor’s meeting tomorrow. If there is some back-loses then all the investors will take up their money from his business. He leaves Suket worried.
Savri Bua insists on meeting Madhuri's guests. Madhuri asks what she have got to do with their friends. Savri says they have to know about it, and are they really the guests or she have rented the house. Madhuri asks what is she talking about? Savri says this is their way to work, if she don’t like it then they can take their child along. Madhuri says they have gone out. Savri says then she will see their room. Upstairs Akshat and Arpita were worried. Arpita even suggests they should hide, but Akshat says she will even recognize their belongings. Sanvri takes Pooja to the room upstairs, but just when she is about to open the door, Jashn comes with a couple and calls her from downstairs. He introduces them as his guests. Madhuri also says these are their guests. Jashn asks Savri to come downstairs to have tea with them but she leaves saying she will come again someday. Meanwhile, Raj and Avni see Suket working in the office till late. Raj says he never saw Suket working so late or worried. Suket gets up from the office, he see the official pictures with Akshat and his cabin. Raj and Avni runs into his office tan tries to delete the mail sent by Avni from Suket's mailbox and while doing so he finds out that Suket's company is going through some major problems and learns about a crisis meeting with the investors.
Arpita tells Madhuri she had called Jashan. Akshat says that it is good no one came to know about them. Later, Raj and Avni come, Raj give this information to Akshat that his dad is in crisis. Avni tells him he is really tensed and was in his room as well. Akshat decides to not let the company suffer any kind of insult and decides to help his father. He says memorizes all the details and tells Raj to bring the files as he won't let the company and his father’s respect go down. Avni brings coffee for Suket, and says he will get successful tomorrow. Raj says the same to Akshat. Suket hopes Akshat is with him. Avni says whatever he want will be his tomorrow. Avni and Raj talk on phone. Raj asks how Avni is so relaxed. She says, here her dad is working, there Akshat is. She is sure everything will be fine, and she also thanks him to be angry with her and get to the problem. They hopes that everything will be fine tomorrow, and their love will win. The next day, Avni tells her mother everything will be alright. Bauji comes and appreciates that she told Akshat all about it as it is the right time for Akshat to stand by Suket. Suket comes and says he won’t eat the breakfast as he is not hungry. Bauji says he can’t hide his problem with him, Suket leaves. Bauji says that all the problems will get sorted today.
Arpita prepares Akshat’s clothes. She tells him he is leaving to pray in temple. Akshat comes downstairs and meets Jashan. He greets him with luck. Jashan begins to talk on phone, while Akshat recalls his cell phone. He goes upstairs to get it and it fells in the water. Jashan thinks Akshat has left, he goes outside and sees Savri and locks Akshat inside the house by mistake telling Savri that Madhuri and Pooja aren’t home. Akshat finds himself locked in the house. Raj and Arpita were in the office. She asks Raj where his jacket is. Jashan comes and say he has just brought it. Avni hopes all goes good. She finds a cigarette in Raj’s jacket pocket. Raj gets a call, he says the investors are here and wonders where Akshat is. Jashan says he left before him. They try his number but it is off. Meanwhile, Akshat is frustrated how they can be so stupid to lock him inside. He tries the landline but is dead. Bhavna and Bauji also come and want to meet Akshat. Bhavna is sure Akshat will definitely come. Madhuri says may be he is afraid to confront his father. Bauji says he will soon come. Raj sees Suket, and tells Arpita to hide. Suket asks Avni why she is so tensed; he says she told him everything will be alright today. Whatever will be the result, their hardwork will work. The investors come and ask if he is prepared. Raj tells them to come to the conference room. Avni thinks what they will do now as their plans to reunite Akshat and his father, fail once again. On the other hand Akshat is trying to open the door.
