Amar steps out of the court and he is handcuffed to the police officer. Divya, doctor Shashank, Aditi, Uma, and Aniket are watching him come out and when Amar goes past Divya she hugs him, and cries. The police officer pulls on Amar's hand and tells him to come on. Divya doesn't want to leave Amar. Amar says, "Amar will always be Amar." Amar and Divya's hands are separated but Divya still reaches for Amar. The police car leaves with Amar, but Divya stands where she was and she sits down on the ground and starts to cry. Aniket tells her to control herself. Uma says, she don't know why god is making them go through this. Bharat comes out of the courtroom and he sees Divya, but he keeps walking. Divya yells at Bharat to stop. Divya walks over to Bharat and says he think that he have won." Bharat says, today his mom's revenge is over and he is now completely sure that he was right and Amar is guilty. The court even proved it." Divya asks Bharat to stop that Amar is not guilty and he is the one that is guilty. Amar hasn't lost, she won't let him lose and she won't let Sindoora Singh win. She further tells Bharat to remember that. Bharat says, "okay he will remember." and Bharat leaves. Amar's lawyer says, he can appeal in the supreme court, but that's hard because he don't have any solid proof that Amar is innocent, and he don't have a lot of time." Divya thinks, "Shambhunath Ji to please show her another way and this isn't the right time to lose and to please save Amar.
It's late at night and Bhargav goes into Sindoora's dark room and gives her a file and says, her work is done. He throws a file on her table and she reads it and she gets a smile on her face. SIndoora says, "Bharat Singh is her blood, but still he doesn't understand to survive in this world and he don't have to use his heart but he have to use his mind. Bhargav says, even if he uses his mind he can't face her and that Sindoora have done everything so well. She faked her own murder and then got Amar caught in her murder case." Sindoora has a flashback where Amar pushed her and she fell and Amar left and after that she got up and she brought in another dead body to replace her own body. Sindoora says, "After this power of attorney everything will be hers. Bhargav says, "Madam after this, she can go to another coutry and live under another name." SIndoora refuses that she will leave here, but after she complete her task and now her task is to separate Amar and Divya. Even after Amar got the punishment of getting hanged Divya will still keep trying and she know her." Bhargav says, no matter how Divya tries she won't be able to do anything, because Amar is already guilty." Sindoora says, "Amar and Divya know each other better than they know themselves. She know that Divya knows that Amar can't take anyone's life even if he wanted to, and that trust gives her strength to fight. She says further that she have more work to do."
Bhargav is sitting with a person from the bank and he says, "Bharat sir has given him power of attorney so he want the bank manager to transfer 50 crores from his account into this other account. The person from the bank gives someone a call and says, "It's done."
Bhargav calls Sindoora and says, her work is done. Amar is in jail and his lawyer comes with a sad face, and says they will appeal the decision of the lower court in the high court and he have to keep hope. They also have another way to go." Amar asks, what way?" His lawyer says, he can appeal for mercy from the rashrapati court, but for that he have to believe that he have committed the crime." Amar refuses at first and asks, why would he admit to commiting the crime when he is innocent... He will only say the truth." Amar's lawyer says, before he make his decision to remember something, there are only 1 out of 1000 cases that the rashtrapati doesn't forgive. He will have to say he committed the crime and say it was a mistake. Amar's lawyer reminds him that before he take any decision to first think about his family. He asks Amar how will his wife and his child spend the rest of their life without him. He asks him not to think that he is taking this decision for himself but he is making this decision for his family." Amar has flashbacks to times that he's spent with Divya and Diya.
Bhargav is with Amar's lawyer and he is offering Amar's lawyer money, and Amar's lawyer gives Bhargav a letter and says, this is the letter that he've been waiting for." Sindoora comes in the room. Amar's lawyer says, Hello to Sindoora Singh. He did what she told him to do." Sindoora has a flashback. Sindoora is standing with Amar's Lawyer (Mr. Desai) and she tells, "Mr. Desai, that he will have to save a man's life, and ruin it." Mr. Desai says, he says she don't know who she is talking to and reminds her that he is the most well-known lawyer in this town. Sindoora says, she know, a person gets honor only when he has greed for money and power." Mr. Desai smiles. Sindoora says, "And then after seeing his smile she knew that he came to the right place. She praises him that he was very smart to get Amar to believe he have sign this confession letter." Mr. Desai says, he have not seen anyone as wicked like this before." Sindoora smiles tells him to make sure that Divya doesn't get to see Amar in jail. Mr. Desai assures her not to worry." Sindoora proudly says, she have already got Divya away from Amar and now it's time to break her trust."
Divya is praying to God and right next to her is Bharat. Divya and Bharat both light their diya and begin arti. Bharat thanks God for listening to him that the truth won and lies lost." Bharat gets up and rings the bell and he leaves. Divya continues to pray and asks, was this seriously His decision, this wasn't his decision and this was Bharat's decision. If Truth has ever won in His house then to change his decision. He have to prove her husband innocent, or people will stop believing in God." Divya starts to cry, and there are some flowers that fall into Divya's hands and she smiles. Then Divya stands up and she looks behind her and comes face to face with her enemy as she sees Sindoora. Divya thinks, "Sindoora is alive.
Divya is in the mandir and she sees Sindoora. Sindoora looks at Divya and Divya looks at Sindoora. Sindoora walks closer to Divya and the wind starts to blow. Divya says, that she is alive. Sindoora admit that she is alive. She asks if she don't believe that she is really alive or she don't like to see that she is actually alive? She don't care if don't like her presence or not. But atleast she know that Sindoora Singh is full of strength. She asks why don't she waste her time praying to God and her God won't be able to defeat her. Amar is only on this earth for a few more days. He will be hang and in a few days he will be dead and she won't be able to do anything. The saddest thing is that her rebirth was a waste and she wasn't able to defeat her enemy and she didn't get her love. She didn't win because she is up against Sindoora Singh. She adds that she want to give her some advice, and she know how to like to wear sindoor ( vermilion )and her mangalsutra. She should get rid of that habit, addressing her as Mrs. Divya Amar Singh. Because her Amar Singh will leave her and go to her god." Divya grabs onto Sindoora and tells, "Sindoora Singh that she won't let her go and asks how can she say all that?" Sindoora tells Divya that she is feeling pain and sadness right? She came all the way over here just to see her pain and sadness. She love to see her like this." Divya tells her not to be so happy and that she will fight till her last breath and nothing will happen to her Amar... Her Amar is innocent and she will prove it. Sindoora pushes Divya away and asks Divya what truth is she talking about? The truth that her Amar has already signed? She tells her to look at this that her husband's confession letter. He has confessed that he murdered her ( Sindoora ) and he signed his own confession letter. She asks if she want her to show her." Divya says, "That will never happen. Sindoora says she have to get away from her first." Divya grabs onto Sindoora so that she doesn't get away, but Sindoora pushes Divya to the ground and she runs away. Divya gets up and yells, "Sindoora Singh's name.
Bharat is sitting in front of the picture of Sindoora and he says his dream was to fulfil all her dreams. He wanted to give her the respect she didn't get when she was alive, but when he earned that respect she was dead. At the same time, Divya comes in and says his mother is alive. She again tells Bharat that his mother is alive. Bharat, she saw her with her own eyes, she is alive and nothing happened to her. She tells Bharat that she only used him so that he would go against them and fight for her. She wanted him to get her to her final goal, and she sent Amar to jail. She further tells Bharat that they will have to do something or it will be too late." Bharat, remains oblivious to it and tells her to stop and asks what new fake story have she come up with. He know that she love Amar and can do anything to save him. He love his mom a lot too. He asks her to tell him if someone murdered Amar will she forgive them? He answer back that he won't and how can he forget that Amar killed his mom. Until Amar get hanged he will keep his mother's ashes right here. Divya asks if he think that she will lie to save Amar? She tried to convince him that she know him ( Bharat ) and she know that he love his mom, but this is blind faith. She tells Bharat to believe him that his mother is alive. Bharat asks if she is still blaming his mom and reminds her that Amar has admitted committing the crime and he signed his confession. Divya admit that she saw those papers. She tells Bharat if he know where she saw them? She then tells him that she saw it Sindoora's hands. She got that signature by lying and she know that. Bharat asks if she think this is all his mother's plan? He tells her not to make him lose his patience and before he forget their relationship as Devar and sister in-law and kick her out forcibly to please leave by herself." Divya says, when he find out everything he will be very embarrassed at himself." Divya leaves and Aditi tries to stop her, but Divya keeps walking. Aniket says, he think that Divya is right. Sindoora can do something like this. Aditi tells Bharat that his mom leaving like this is really weird. She asks him to please think about all of this. Bharat says, he know what her problem is? She have always looked at his mother with doubt and the truth is she's dead and the one who kill his mom is his own brother. He adds that they should all understand this. Bharat leaves. Aniket says, they should help Divya as she is all alone." Aditi asks, what about Bharat? Aniket says, this has gone way too far and if they don't help Divya they will have to suffer later."
Divya is with Shashank in his house. Shashank asks, what she is saying that Amar got punished for something that he didn't do. He don't understand how Amar signed those papers without informing her and the family." Divya says, she don't understand either and everything is against them." Shashank says, she think that they should meet with Amar and ask him why he signed the papers."
Divya is at the police station and the police officer says, she can't meet her husband because he has been moved to central jail." Divya asks, why didn't he tell them that?" The police officer says, whenever criminals are about to get hanged, they send them to central jail. Divya asks, how can he do that and he should have informed her before. Her meeting him is very important and it's important for this case." The police officer says, he can't help her at all." Mr. Desai(Amar's lawyer) says, "He is right that he can't do anything and it's impossible for her to meet with Mr. Singh." Divya asks Amar's lawyer, whose side is he on? The side of the police or hers and whose lawyer is he?" Mr. Desai says, he just telling her what is in the law." Divya clearly tells him not to talk about the law with her and that the way he fought this case it looks like he know nothing about the law. He will tell him something, and they lost this case because of him." Mr. Desai says, what is she trying to say." Divya asks him to tell her something and question him why did Aamr sign the confession? She asks if he have an answer? He didn't commit this crime, he know this, she know this and he knows this and again asks why did he admit to doing it? She clearly tells the lawyer that he was the one that got him to sign it so that means he said something to him to get him to sign it. She asks whose side is he on? She adds that it's obvious that he is on Sindoora's side and she has bought him." Divya turns to the police officer and asks, if he will help her or not?" The police officer says, "If she have a problem with her lawyer to settle it outside and not yell here." Mr. Desai stands up and he leaves. He goes outside and calls Sindoora that the work is done."
Divya is sitting in Shashank's house and she is thinking, that she didn't even get to talk to him once. She didn't get to see him and she want to know how he's feeling and wonders who knows why he signed those papers?" Aniket and Aditi come there. Aniket touches Divya on the shoulder. Divya hugs Aditi and she starts to cry. Aniket tells her to stop crying." Divya hugs Aniket and tells him they are losing." Aniket says, he Know that the situations are against them, but they have truth on their side and that she know that truth wins in the end. Even if Bharat doesn't believe it, they still believe that Sindoora is alive. He assures Divya that her family is with her and they will help her find Sindoora." Aditi agrees too and asks why is she worrying so much. They all are here, with her and together they all will find some solution." Aniket says, there is one thing that she said that she saw Sindoora in this town and if she's in this town she's planning to do something. They have to find her and stop her." Divya tells Aniket they have to find her and save Amar." Aniket assures her that they will save him." Divya and Aniket hug. Shashank looks at them and smiles.
Bharat is looking at the picture of Sindoora and he's having a flashback to when Divya came and said Sindoora was alive. A man comes into the Singh Mansion and excuse him. Bharat tells "Mr. Mishra that he don't want to talk about the office right now and whatever he want to just ask Bhargav. Mr. Mishra apologize that he is bothering him at this time but they have to buy raw materials and need some checks signed." Bhharat tells, Mr. Mishra that he told him to see Bhargav as he has authority to sign checks." Mr. Mishra says, he don't know where Bhargav is and he has all the checkbooks." Bharat then tells him to wait for him." Mr. Mishra asks, how long will he have to wait? There is no raw material so the production is about to stop and that Bhargav hasn't come to office for many days either." Bharat tells him to go and he will come." Bharat takes out his cellphone and calls Bhargav but his phone is busy. Bharat says, what's wrong that Bhargav's phone is busy and he's not at the office. He need checkbook to do the payment." Bharat calls the bank and introduced himself as Bharat singh and that he need some checkbooks and asks if he can send them home. The person from the bank says, he will send the checkbooks soon and asks Bharat why has there been so much money taken out of his account?" Bharat asks if there has been money taken out of his account?" The person from the bank says, "There was a transaction of 50 crores. Bharat is shocked hearing this.
Bharat is on the phone with Mr. Gupta at the bank and asks for the last transaction on his account. Mr. Gupta tells him that it was a 50 crores transaction processed last. Bharat is puzzled by this and asks Mr. Gupta for information on the account for the last month. Mr. Gupta is relating to Bharat but the audience doesn't hear. They can see Bharat's shocked reaction though as he listens. Bharat tells Mr. Gupta to immediately stop all activity on the account. Bharat ends his conversation with Mr. Gupta, he thinks for a few seconds then decides to call Mr. Bhargav but he is unable to reach Bhargav and vents his frustration. Dr. Shashank is telling Divya that catching Sindoora won't be easy and they don't even know where to find her. Divya says no it won't be easy, she will be waiting for the right time to come out, but they will have to find a way to draw her out. Dr. Shashank thinks. They see on the news a report of a missing man and Dr. Shashank says he's got an idea. At Singh mansion, Aditi enters Sindoora's room and begins searching for clues of her whereabouts. She notices an envelope on the floor and picks it up but doesn't find anything inside. She goes into the closet and finds some more envelopes just like that one but they're all empty also. She begins to wonder that if Sindoora left the house all of sudden then how did she manage to take all these papers with her. She realizes that Sindoora's leaving was all planned. Aniket is on the phone with someone and tells them not to change anything and to inform him right away. Aditi rushes to him and tells him what she has found out. All her passport and property papers etc are missing. He agrees with her that this is all Sindoora's planning but he wonders how can they convince Bharat of all this!! The doorbell rings and Aniket answers. He signs for receiving an envelope and drops it on the table then decides to open it. It's Sindoora's mobile bill. He checks and finds a lot of calls received from one particular number and all after Sindoora's supposed "murder". Aditi calls the number and finds but there's no answer so she decides to call customer care pretending to be Sindoora and enquires who the number belongs to. They tell her that the number is registered to Mr. Anand Bhargav. Aniket realizes that Bhargav is Sindoora's pawn in all that has happened.
Bhargav opens a briefcase full of money and shows it to Sindoora. She scolds him for being so foolish to withdraw so much money at one time - that it would make Bharat suspicious. He tells her to calm down that Bharat won't suspect anything. Sindoora tells him that the game isn't over as yet so they need to be careful. She needs him to keep close to Bharat so that he doesn't become suspicious of him. She asks him how long will it take to transfer the rest of money to her bank account. Bhargav tells her not to worry that he will arrange it soon and Bharat won't suspect anything at all. Sindoora tells him that there's just this last work to be done then he won't have to work again in his life as she closes the briefcase. Bhargav smiles at the thought.
Bharat is looking at the statement that he got from the bank when a news item comes across showing Sindoora's picture and offering a reward for anyone who may have information on her whereabouts. Bharat is shocked to see this. Aniket and Aditi come and see this also and watch his reaction. Aniket tells him that they are sure that Divya is not lying about Sindoora, they also believe that Sindoora is alive. He asks them what's wrong with them. They say that they have proof and show him the mobile bill. Bharat says that her phone could have been stolen. Aniket tells him that her phone has been receiving calls from one number only and that number belongs to Bhargav. Bharat is surprised. Aniket tells him to check the number for himself. Bharat takes out his phone and calls Bhargav's number. He's shocked to realize that the number really belongs to Bhargav. Aniket tells him that he's sure that Bhargav is Sindoora's pawn. Aditi tells him about all of his mother's important papers also being missing and this should not be so if she left the house in a hurry. Bharat says this can't be possible as he tries to reason with himself. Then he looks up and says "Bhargav" as though he's thinking "how could him!!"
Sindoora asks Bhargav if all the preparations for tomorrow have been made. Bhargav confirms. Just then the news report comes across offering a 10 lakhs reward for any news on her. Sindoora is enraged by this, she's sure that this is Divya's work and how could she even dare to do this. She's sure that someone is helping Divya and orders Bhargav to find out. She says that now this will make it difficult for her to leave India and she will have to teach Divya a lesson.
Sindoora hires goons to go after Dr. Shashank for messing with her. The doctor is brutally attacked by a gang of men. They beat him and leave him bleeding and unconscious on the ground that he won't be able to help Divya for a week, so now she is alone, beside Aniket and Aditi. At the office, Bharat is still wondering who had taken the money and he then starts suspecting Bhargav and he changes the account password. Bhargav shows up and tells Bharat he was in a car crash causing him to get late for work. Bharat tells him that he has to leave and asked Bhargav to look after things. When he leaves, Bhargav tries to go in Bharat's bank account. Just then, Bharat came back in and sees Bhargav and asked who told him to do this. Bhargav doesn't answer and Bharat asked if it was his mother. Bhargav still doesn't answer and this does not go on for long as he is face with the undesirable truth that he has merely been a pawn as he and Bhargav gets a phone call from Sindoora and Bharat answers it, he finds out that his mother is still alive and goes to meet Divya. He begs Divya for forgiveness. Divya at first is was mad but later forgives Bharat after he says he will help her search for Sindoora and free Amar. However, they only have a few days. Divya and Bharat search for Sindoora but they are not successful.
Bharat and Divya are at a lawyer's office Bharat says, "There has to be some way to stop Amar's hanging." The lawyer says, there is only one way and he have to prove that Sindoora Singh is still alive or if he bring her to court then that is the only way that the hanging can stop. Hearing this, Bharat tells Divya to come on as they don't have much time. Bharat and Divya leave the lawyer's office.
Divya and Bharat come to the the Singh Mansion while Bharat is holding Diya. Seeing her, Aditi goes and hugs Divya, and they both smile while hugging. The rest of the family smiles when they see Divya. Divya goes and hugs Aniekt and Uma. Uma blesses Divya's marriage. Divya starts to cry. Aniket says, they will always bless her marriage and their blessings will work. Bharat tells his father if his mother phone call come yet? Aniket says, not yet. Bharat looks at Bhargav's phone and he asks Bhargav, that he was about to transfer money? Then she will call, and Bhargav know what he have to say to her." The family is pacing back and forth waiting for Sindoora's call. Divya asks, "Bharat what if she doesn't call? Bharat says, she will call and not to worry and all his mother cares about is money and she doesn't care about anything else. She will call because they were about to do a big transaction of money that was suppose to be made so she will call. Just then, the phone starts to ring. Bharat says, "It's ringing and tells Bhargav to put it on speaker. Bhargav puts the phone on speaker. Sindoora asks what happened? Why hasn't the money been transfered?" Bhargav says, madam he thought that everyone would be suspicious if they transfered such a big amount and that's why he thought that he would take cash and give it to her. He asks Sindoora if he did the right thing?" Sindoora says, he did the right thing and asks since when have he started thinking like that? She tells him to do one thing by bringing her all this cash to the old bridge" Bharat tells Bhargav to come on and get ready.
