Doctor informs Pragya that Abhi is no more and died before he was taken to hospital. He asks ward boy to fill the form and mention brought dead on arrival. Pragya is extremely horrified and shattered with the news and looks at Abhi. Banjar Hai Sab Banjar Hai song plays in the background. She recalls Abhi making her wear chunari, their marriage etc. a flashback is shown when the journey of their marriage began while the song continues to play. The ward boy brings white bed sheet and covers on him. Pragya says no, and asks doctor to recheck him again and do something to save her husband as she doesn't want to believe that Abhi is dead but the doctor says they have checked him and he is dead. Pragya says he is just unconscious and will be fine if he treat him. She touches his face and asks him to wake up and talk to her again, just like before. She can’t wait any longer. Doctor asks other Doctor to come. Pragya pleads and begs with doctor to give shock therapy to revive Abhi's heart. Doctor says he is dead, and she can’t understand. Pragya says he can’t die and asks him to treat him. Doctor tells her they are doctor, and not God. Pragya says she have felt his heart beat. Doctor says they also have to see other patients.
Pragya folds her hands and asks him to try to revive him once. Doctor again checks and declares that there is no pulse and heartbeat, and they are sorry at her loss. On the other hand, Daadi, who leaves for the hospital asks Mitali to drive fast. Mitali asks her not to worry. Daadi sees Om in the car about to slip. She says it is a bad sign. Mitali assures her that nothing will happen. Nurse brings injection. Doctor says he is dead, and asks Pragya to complete all the formalities and paper work. Pragya tries her best and tries all the effort to wake Abhi asking him to wake up, and that he is a liar. She says he have promised to be with her, then how can he go. She won’t let him go. She was fighting with everyone, and she know he will not leave her and asks him not to do this and cries. She is very much scared, not to joke with her and to please open his eyes. She tells that she has applied kumkum and worn mangalsutra necklace after many days, which will not let him go. Doctor says case is closed. Dr. Jatin says this is not a case, but a life of someone and they have to respect her emotions. Pragya asks Abhi to get up. Nurse asks her to calm down.
Pragya says he has to get up and won’t let him die even if he wants. She asks where is that injection. Nurse inform her that this injection is to be given to heart, but now nothing can happen as he is already dead. Pragya still tries her level best and inject a shot to Abhi's heart in order to bring back Abhi to life. She asks him to get up, and that he can’t leave her after asking her to wait, and asks how can he forget that she is his life. She asks him to take her with him and hugs him. Pragya's attempt doesn't go in vain as she then feels a slight heartbeat and soon after, she informs the nurse. Nurse asks what is she saying? Pragya says she is saying the truth and asks her to check his heart beat again. Nurse checks him and goes out to inform Doctor that the patient is alive. Doctor says impossible he can’t be alive. Nurse tells him that she have checked his injection and informs him that Pragya gave him the injection and then his heartbeat started. Doctor is shocked and goes inside to recheck Abhi and declares it as a miracle. He asks Nurse to shift the patient to the operation theatre. He tells Pragya that they will try to make the patient alright, and that it is not less than a miracle. Pragya smiles cryingly.
Meanwhile, Tanu and Aaliya are tensed. Tanu says Abhi was not here, and that’s why they made plan and that may be Abhi was with Pragya in that bungalow and got to know all the truth. Aaliya says she don’t know. She called home and Robin tells her that everyone went to hospital. She asks Tanu to leave for hospital with her. Tanu asks if she have gone mad? She tells her that Abhi will get them arrested and he will not spear her ( Tanu ) and says no because of the fear that their secrets will be revealed. She asks her not to go. Aaliya asks her to shut up and says he is her brother, she can harm him, but can’t see him death. She adds that he sent her to Australia so that she can learn from her mistakes. Tanu also cries, Aaliya tells her bestie that her brother is fighting with death and life and she is going there. Aaliya leaves for hospital, after all the argument by saying that no matter what, Abhi is her brother and she can't let him die. Tanu follows her. Pragya looks at Abhi from outside the operation theatre door. Abhi is operated by the doctors, the doctor then asks for blood and injections from nurse. Yaar Milade Saiyya song plays in the background. Nurse comes out. Pragya asks how is his condition. Nurse says he is critical. Doctor asks her to bring the patient report. Pragya asks about Abhi's wellbeing from doctor if he is fine and he replies by saying that Abhi's only remedy is Pragya's love who will bring him back to his senses, just as he came back to life. He tells about Sati Savitri story and says what they are doing is medical science, but what she have done is a miracle. He asks her to have strength. Pragya prays to God for Abhi's wellbeing and asks him to bring him back to life.
All the family members, along with Purabh and Raj reach the hospital. They enquire about Abhi. Pragya comes running to Daadi and hugs her. Daadi asks how is he? Is he fine? Pragya cries a lot in front of everyone and says he is wounded and had loss blood. She says Doctors are operating on him and tells everybody that doctors are clueless about Abhi's wellbeing. Raj says he was in Delhi. Daadi asks if they both have fought?. She further asks Pragya that how and when this tragedy took place. Pragya tells the whole story that they were happy in the bungalow and tells that he went to bring breakfast for her. She tells them that she got a call that someone failed her car brakes to kill her, and then the accident happened while he was talking to her. She reached there and brought him here. Daadi prays for Abhi. Purabh asks her not to cry. Raj asks Daadi not to worry and says he will be fine. Mitali says he will be fine and cries. Everyone consoles Daadi that Abhi will get well soon. Purabh signal Pragya that he want to talk to her. Pragya wonders what he wants to say.
Aaliya and Tanu come to the hospital and ask about Abhi. Pragya tells that he had an accident and is in the operation theatre now. They go there. Purabh asks Pragya, why did she tell them? Pragya says Aaliya is Abhi’s sister. Purabh informs her that they are the reason for Abhi’s condition. He takes her to side and Purabh, who knew the truth behind the accident, reveals to Pragya that Tanu, Nikhil and Aaliya fiddle with her car's brake that resulted into this accident and landed him here. Aaliya asks Daadi to tell how Abhi is? Daadi ignores her. Aaliya tries to ask Mitali and others. Just then, nurse comes out. Tanu asks how Abhi is? Nurse says he is critical. Tanu orders her to call the doctor out and she will talk to him. Nurse asks Tanu if this is a joke, and that doctor is operating on him. She asks them to maintain silence. A furious Pragya comes back to Aaliya and Tanu. She slaps Tanu and when Aaliya is trying to defense her best friend, Pragya slaps her too. They are both shocked. She tells them both that Abhi is in hospital because of them and asks them to get out of the hospital but they both stay to see Abhi. Sarla is worried for Pragya and Abhi. Purabh informs her that Abhi met with a serious accident and asks her to come there. When Sarla gets to know about Abhi's accident, she gets worried and cries badly. She prays to God for Abhi's well-being. Beeji tells her that they should go there and asks her to come.
Pragya holds Aaliya’s hand and asks her to get out. Aaliya asks what did she want? Pragya too asks what did she want? She don’t understand how can a sister do this with her brother who is so loving and protective. She make Aaliya realises that Abhi is a well-wisher of her who was ready to ruin his life and married her ( Pragya ) for Aaliya revenge. Pragya adds that all her ( Pragya ) problems are because of herself, and asks if she should murder her? Aaliya is shocked. Pragya further tells her that Aaliya destiny is so good and have a family and she tried to kill him. Tanu interrupts her that they didn’t come here to hear her lecture, but to see Abhi. Pragya asks if she came here to see if he is dead or alive. Tanu asks her to stop her nonsense and claims they care for him. Pragya tells that Tanu would have told him that the baby is not of him, and was partying with Nikhil and planned his death. Aaliya asks how can she kill her brother? Pragya tells her that she have failed her car’s brakes to kill her and blames Aaliya and Tanu for Abhi's accident. Aaliya accepts to their crime that they had planned the accident for her and not for Abhi and that they didn’t know that he was with her. Tanu recalls hearing Daadi and Purabh’s conversation. Aaliya says this is just a coincidence and Pragya should had been in that car, and that it is Pragya's good fortune that she was saved as she was not in that car, but he met with an accident. Pragya cries and says her destiny was bad. Purabh consoles her. Pragya says she should have died. Purabh tells her that they can’t feel any emotion or see her pain. Pragya says she don’t know what they are feeling, but she will now feel what she will give her. She will punish her for doing wrong with Abhi. She warns Aaliya and Tanu if anything happens to Abhi, she will never forgive both of them. Aaliya feels bad for Abhi, but Tanu stands carefree. Just then, nurse comes out and informs them that operation is done. Doctor comes out and exclaims that Abhi is fine now and out of danger. Pragya thanks him. Doctor reminds her that they have failed, and declared him dead, but she brought him back to life and he only got fine because of Pragya's blessings and prayers. Doctor further proclaims that Abhi has got many stitches as the wounds are many. He tells Daadi that she is lucky to have daughter in-law like her.
Pragya, Purabh and Raj insist to meet him but Doctor says only Pragya can see him in the I.C.U. after he gets consciousness. Pragya thanks him and is now happy after listening to this. She runs towards I.C.U. to see her husband, Abhi. Tere liye duniya chod di hai song plays in the background. She sits at his bed side. Sarla and Beeji, too reaches hospital and asks Daadi about Abhi's well-being. Abhi's Daadi says if Abhi is alive, then he is alive because of Pragya. She credits Pragya and says that she is no less than Saavitri as she only saved Abhi's life and that Pragya’s love and strength gave him new life. Abhi's Daadi explains every bit of Abhi's accident to Sarla and praises Sarla’s teachings while Daadi praises Pragya. Sarla says their kids are with them. Daadi tells her that they will always be together and prays to God that after this bad accident, Pragya and Abhi should definitely meet a good fate by reuniting again. Sarla too says she pray for their safety and unity. Rock star's Daadi asks where Pragya is. Abhi's Daadi says she went to see Abhi in I.C.U.
After entering to I.C.U, Pragya starts talking to Abhi and asks how can his heart stop beating and says that she will never let him die as their hearts are weaved with a single thread and they will never be parted. She holds his hand and cries. Tu Meri Jaan Hai song plays in the background.
Pragya is sitting next to Abhi, who is lying unconscious in the hospital bed, and recalls all the happy moments between them. She also recalls the moments of horror when her dearest husband met with an accident and how she rushed him to the hospital. A flashback is shown. Milade Saiyya song plays in the background. Meanwhile, Tanu calls up Nikhil, who is desperate to speak to Tanu to know about the situation at the hospital. He is worried and wants to know if Abhi has revealed about their involvement in his accident. Tanu informs him that Pragya has come to know about their truth, she is warning them and is not allowing anyone of them to get anywhere close to Abhi. Nikhil thinks to plots an escape plan in order to evade Abhi's wrath. Tanu tries to calm him down saying Abhi has not even gained conscious yet after his surgery but also tells him that Aaliya has a change of mind and have become a caring sister now as she is now getting over concerned towards her brother. She adds that Aaliya even fought with Pragya to see Abhi and that Aaliya will not spear him. Nikhil says it was not his mistake and that Tanu said that Pragya is alone and when he checked, she was alone. Tanu asks him not to come there. Nikhil thinks if Abhi gains consciousness, he will ruin his career and gets worried thinking what to do? Purabh tells Daadi that Abhi will gain consciousness in sometime and goes to bring injection. Daadi and Beeji are happy. Still back in the hospital, Aaliya asks Purabh, when will Abhi gain consciousness? Purabh asks what does she wants? If she wants to fool Abhi with her fake tears. Aaliya says she didn’t want to kill him. Purabh tells her he know she tried to kill Pragya, but Abhi sat in the car instead. He adds that she know well that he can’t live without Pragya, and if anything would have happen to her, then he would have died indirectly. He continue yelling at her for being so insensitive and that he know she is acting and everyone also know. He feels grateful for not marrying her and thanks Bulbul millions for coming in his life and have saved him from her or else he would have actually married her. He thanks God for sending Bulbul in his hand. He says once Abhi gains consciousness, all the misunderstandings will be cleared and asks her to think about herself. Aaliya tells Purabh that he is taking it personal. Purabh says he is not taking it personal, and that she is a selfish woman. Aaliya is shattered to see so much hatred in the eyes of her love. But Purabh doesn't stop here, he goes on to says when they all have left her as no one wants to have any relationship with her and soon she will be dumped by her so-called friends too. Lastly, he asks her never to show her face to Abhi, and stay away from him. He asks her to do a favor to them and to stay away out of his and Abhi's life if she really cares for them.
Pragya, who is still waiting for Abhi to wake up, talks to him that everything will be fine and they will be happy once he gains consciousness. There will be no pain, and God has returned her happiness. She recalls the discussion the two had about unborn babies and how he wanted to have a daughter. With tears rolling down her cheeks, Pragya relives all the happy moments of her married life. She keep talking to him as an attempt to wake him from his deep sleep, saying that all his wishes will come true and they will celebrate all occasions together, they will have a daughter named Abhigya just as he wants, and have a son just like him. She asks him to get well soon, and come home. She says he have to start work too and perform in concerts. She reminisces how he applied color on her during holi and a flashback is shown, Tu Meri Jaan Hai song plays in the background. She talks to him while he is still unconscious. Later, she dozes off next to him.
Next morning, as Pragya steps out of Abhi's room, she spots her mother and Daadi sleeping in the coach outside. She asks them to go home and take some rest. But instead, Sarla asks her to have something since she has been on an empty stomach for a long time else she will get unwell. Aaliya looks at her and leaves. Pragya gives up to her mother's demand. She thanks God for saving Abhi. Sarla says she have suffered a lot to get him.
Pragya is happy and says she is happy that god has saved her kumkum this time again and that is with her. She asks Beeji and her mother to go home, take rest and come later. But Sarla insists to see Abhi once he gains consciousness and then leave. Pragya asks her to leave and come later. They leave after blessing her for happiness. Pragya prays to God and a flower falls, she take the fallen flower as Prasad, and thanks God. On the other hand, Tanu is worried about Abhi regaining consciousness. She asks Aaliya they should leave from the hospital as he can slam them with attempt to murder charges. But Aaliya refuses to leave and demand to meet her brother once he gains consciousness, she will meet him and then leave. Tanu starts using her evil mind and considers Aaliya's change of mind as her strategy to save from Abhi's wrath and asks what did she think that he will hug her? He is not going to spear her and asks her to come to her senses and that she have no idea about Abhi's anger. Aaliya asks her to stop chewing her brain. Tanu says it seems she have an idea to get away from Abhi’s anger. But Aaliya refuses to reveal her intentions and asks her partner in crime to leave her alone and also tells her that she is right and she will give her injection to make her slip into coma. Tanu thinks what to do. An helpless Tanu has no choice but to wait for Aaliya at the hospital as she thinks she can’t leave Aaliya alone.
After relaxing for a while, Pragya is back in Abhi's room. She talks to him about a dream she had about the two holidaying at the Lonavala bungalow and that he was trying to say something. Just then, Pragya notices that Abhi has held her hand, she gets emotional and calls for the nurse. The nurse arrives and notices no change in Abhi and tells Pragya that her interaction might have provoked him to react. She also suggests Pragya to keep talking to Abhi to bring him back to consciousness and to bring his senses back with her love.
