Suket comes home in a hurry. Raj gets happy that Suket has finally come. Samart touches his feet. Suket tells him he is surprised that he comes so quickly and asks if he leave his work? Samart says he has brought his work along, as his office runs mostly on internet and mobile services. And more importantly he have to come to vote as elections are near. Suket ask that he really think one vote will matter? He says that drops of water collect to form a sea. They should all vote to get the real competent government. Suket offers him to sit and tells him he never have any interest in politics but his younger son Abhay is only interested in politics. Samart urges him to support his son. Raj gets happier at this. Suket changes his position in the chair; Samart says that there are few people who think about the country’s success. Suket agrees him with him, Raj is disappointed. Samart first impression on the family is good. Savri calls Avni’s name, they all look at her coming from the door holding the tray of tea. She comes to him and tries to manage holding it properly. Samart sees this, takes the tray and gives everyone their cup. Bhavna tells Avni to be careful but Samart says that he also has to be careful otherwise his clothes will again get ruined. Avni excuses herself and runs upstairs. They all watch her leave. Samart offers the tea to Raj but he says he just came to drop the files and is now leaving. Samart says he will also leave now. Suket asks where is he going to which he replied that his room is booked in the hotel. Savri objects how he can leave like this. Raj urges him to go to hotel as he will be more comfortable here. He begins to leave, Suket stops him and asks Samart to stay at their place, he will like this; and ask if he needs anything. Samart tells him he need permission to talk to Avni alone. Raj thinks that Suket will reject this Mumbai resident about talking to Avni alone, but he agrees saying he trusts him. Raj gets cough.
Samart takes the gift from his bag, Raj thinks that hero has even brought the gift. Savri asks to escort him to Avni when Suket asks if he have called his dad. He says no, and that he is thinking about it. Suket tells him to call his dad first and inform him about his arrival here. He abides and leaves calling. Raj takes the opportunity and goes upstairs. Avni who is in the terrace, complains to him of not coming to her when she left. He tells her that Samart is a bit weird, or should they call him stupid and tells her how taxi drivers wanted to take 5000 rupees from him, and he was even ready to give them the money. He has after all not lived in the US for the whole of his life. Raj tells her that he has also brought a gift. Avni gets excited but Raj says that he should not have done this, and asks Avni not to accept the gift. She thanks him for guiding her always and sees Samart. Raj turns around and sees him standing at the door. He asks if he can talk to her alone. She says okay, Raj leaves. Avni tells him to sit down, but he says after her. Samart appreciates her tea. She asks if this is what he came telling her. He says he also come here for this and one more thing. He says he liked what she said to him on call and he come earlier to meet her. He asks if she want to talk to him now? She stammers ‘Yes’. He tells her he brought something for her. she recalls Raj had forbidden her to take the gift, and she refuses taking it, saying it doesn’t seem right to her to take a gift in first meeting. When Avni declines to take the gift, Samarth says he know it that he got the Govind Ji idol gift for her mother. He unwraps the gift. He asks if she will like the gift. She says yes, alright and she is dumb to ask if he had brought it for her. He says he will only give her a gift when they know each other well. She says she want to tell him that she is not a school going girl, like the way to reach a man’s heart is through her stomach, likewise the way to her heart is through her friend. Samart asks if that friend is Raj. She says yes, he is her best friend. If Raj will like him, she will also; as he guides her through each step. Samart says that soon Raj will start liking him. Raj says sorry Samart, but he will never like him and now as Avni has also said that until he will not like it, he won’t go forward. Neither will he let him stay here nor make a place in Avni’s heart.
Samart apologizes Raj for forcing him to stay for dinner, but he says it’s okay, he have some business with Suket as well. Suket tells him to get the files placed at the study and meet him before leaving. Savri tells Arpita to pass a dish to Samart but he says he can eat no more and that he like light dinner. He has always listened that take a breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince but dinner like a beggar. Raj agrees. Bhavna says that is the reason he is so fit. Samart excuses himself saying that he has some important work to do. Raj asks this late? He tells him it's morning in US and he is making a serial here which is telecasted there, he leaves. Arpita says he is not adjusted to the weather yet, in spite of air conditioner he is sweating. Savri tells Avni to place water in his room. Avni gets nervous asking her? Bhavna nods at her in reassurance. She goes away. Bhavna says she like the guy, and asks Suket if he like him. Suket says he also liked him, most importantly he is confident. Raj says at once that Avni should like him is the most important thing. Suket stares him. He says he will wait for him in the study and gets up, spilling the glass of water on the table. As he heads towards the stairs he hears Bhavna saying that Raj is right. Savri says Avni will like him, but Raj says he will have to find a way of her disliking him. He vows to ruin Samarth's image as he is not happy that the family members like Samarth.
Samart is talking on phone; Avni comes with the glass of water and knocks at the door. She comes in and places the tray of water on the table. Samart is telling the man on phone that she is very innocent and delicate, her eyes have honesty. He asks Hobby? Then turns to Avni and asks her about her hobby. He tells that her hobby is painting and reading. He also tells her that her makeup should not be heavy or he will not fall in love with her. Avni thinks where Raj is, she needs him here and drinks water from the glass. Samart comes and apologizes her saying she wanted to confirm a few things about his new character. She now understands. She tells him she brought water for him, but drink it herself, she will bring fresh water for him. He says it is okay and they both hold the glass together looking at each other. Raj comes at the door and tells Avni not to disturb him. Samart says he is not dizzy at all and invites them inside so that they can talk. Avni leaves but he calls Raj inside.
Avni tells Devika that he is talking about his heroine and she thinks she is talking about her. Raj tells Samart that he is avni’s best friend and she trusts his judgement. Samart says she told this to him, so he thinks he would also be his best friend and give him advice too. Raj says sure he will tell him what Avni likes and what not. He picks up a comb from the dressing table and puts it in AC’s fan. He tells him Avni likes clean clothes. He tells him to give all his clothes if he wants to get them washed, pressed or burned. The AC goes off. Samart heads towards it, Raj asks if he should wake Suket to give him a new room. He says Suket is very dizzy and went to sleep early. Samart says not to disturb him, he will manage. Raj tells him to take off his shirt cx it’s very hot. He obliges. Raj takes his shirt with him telling him he will give it for washing.
At night Samarth wakes up due to heat, he goes out in the lawn and sees Avni sitting in her room window. He looks at her for a while but she gets up. He says there is definitely something special about Avni.
In the morning, Bhavna asks Savri in the kitchen that she is about to buy Mahesh wary Banglow but she sees some other people there. Arpita says Kavita have some financial urgency so she sells it to someone else. She apologizes to Savri as she have promised to get her that house. Savri thinks what a liar she is. Bhavna tells Savri not to worry; she will get much better than this. Savri says that she is not worried and she will soon buy another Bangalow, she also tells Bhavna to give all her concern to Samarth in whose Bangalow their Avni is going to live. Arpita says she prepared Kheer for Samarth with all her love. Bhavna tells her to serve it as she is going to call everyone. As Arpita leaves the kitchen, Savri says this Bangalow got sold out because of Arpita and her bad will begin now. She picks up a lemon and sprinkles it in the Kheer.
Raj comes and says Good morning to everyone. He tells Suket he called him to discuss the files. Suket says he is already getting late, why Samart hadn’t come down yet. Akshat begins to leave but Arpita says she already sent for it. Raj says maybe he is habitual of getting up late. Samarth comes from the stairs, he is in vest only. Samarth greets everyone but no one responds. Avni comes downstairs. Suket tells Avni to go back up in her room and not to come out until she is called. He asks Samarth why he come shirt-less. He says that he is waiting for him while all his dresses were gone for washing or press; he have nothing to wear. He says he is sorry if they didn’t like it but he stays like this in Mumbai and US and has got habitual of it. He excuses himself and leave to get dressed up. Suket says it’s okay but to be careful that it doesn’t happen again. Raj thanks God that his impression got down and thinks he will ruin it further in front of Avni. He tells Avni that this is not the way and Suket uncle is very angry upon him. She asks him she had already seen him shirt-less. He asks what, when and how? She says last night when when she was reading novel while she was walking in the garden. She remarks his six-pack is very good. Raj says he can also make six-packs, (confused himself), but he says she should understand he should behave with some discipline. He asks her to call Madhuri. Avni thanks him for helping her in Samarth’s case else she couldn’t have understood anything. Raj says he always want to live with her that is why he should help her. He leaves reminding her to call Madhuri.
Madhuri asks how she is, and how is that Samarth doing. She says he just came today. Madhuri tells her to go to a beauty parlour. She suggests him one good salon and tells her she will make a reservation there. Avni promises she will go there today. After hanging up, Madhuri asks Sheru ji that she doesn’t understand why Raj wants Avni to get ready for parlour to go in front of Samarth. He says there must be something behind it.
Raj tells Samarth that he really feels sorry for whatever happened. Samarth says he have no idea they will make such issue of a petty thing. Raj says that these people are a bit conservative and he will have to adjust. Samarth says he has no problem with this; he just wants to understand what they like or dislike. Raj says he will explain it all to him as they are friends now. Samarth further asks him about likings and disliking of Avni and tells him he likes her and wants this relation to work-out. Raj says ‘And he also just want that this relationship never works out.’ He asks that how much he like Avni, he says he can do anything for her? Raj who is hell bent on ruining Samarth's impression infront of Avni and the family. As part of his plan Raj urges Samarth to go to parlour and get threading, facial, manicure and pedicure done. He says something in his ear. Samarth says he will never do such a thing, but Raj forces him and he agrees finally. They were in the parlour, the beautician doing threading of Samarth while he shouted with pain. He tells Raj he never got this all done as this is girl’s business. Raj says that the times have changed; Avni likes such guys who take care of themselves. He leaves winking at the beautician.
Raj sees Anvi in the parlour, Knowing that Avni is also in the same parlour, he apologizes to the ladies that it was his friend who was shouting inside. Avni gets happy seeing Raj; she asks who that friend of his was? He tells her to leave it but she insists. Raj tricks Avni to go and check the men section. He dares her to go inside the male section and see by herself. She goes there, he follows saying he told her not to go inside as it was Samarth. He says he himself doesn’t understand but he wanted to get himself manicured, waxed and facial. Avni is surprised to see Samarth getting treated at the parlour and says that he show off his six-packs shirtless and now he is getting facial, this means he is even more fashion conscious than girls. Raj smiles standing at her back. She says she never sees anyone doing it before. Raj says he had come from US, God knows what else he does there. He tells her not to over-react in front of him, she asks why will she even meet him, she is leaving for home. Samarth turns his face and sees them. Raj says that since now he had seen her, they should meet. He goes to Samarth and tells him that Avni is very happy but not to show that he did this all to impress her, just show to her that it is a part of his routine.
Samarth goes to Avni. She asks why he come here. He says he didn’t get time to get facial when he left US, this all is very important. She asks should they leave. He says he will just come paying the bill. Raj comes to Avni and sneezes saying after marriage she will have to quit going to parlour, else they will smell like flowers all the time, think about it.
Savri suggests they will serve the tea in the lawn so that he knows about Avni’s hobby of planting. Bhavna agrees. The car pulls up in car porch, Savri exclaims that how are they coming together. Raj tells them that they went separately, he takes Samarth because he have to get some services. Samarth says that they met Avni there. Savri says that this means his choices match each others. Samarth goes inside for some important call, Avni follows. Savri says she can predict they will come close, Raj thinks he will not allow it. He gets Suket’s call, he tells him he is just outside and runs inside. Suket tells him not to give one contractor the time of two months. Samarth comes to Bhavna and says that due to the misunderstanding in the morning he could not give this gift to her, and insists upon taking it. Suket sees this. Raj thinks he is trying to impress them by giving them a gift. Savri comes there and asks Bhavna what this is. She tells her he had brought a gift for her. Samarth asks her for permission to take Avni to coffee. Raj shouts ‘NO!’ everyone looks at him skeptically, he says he is talking about the foreign investors, they should say No to him. Samarth now comes to Suket and takes the permission of Avni's father to take her out with him to make her feel more comfortable and also requests him not to take him wrong. Raj calls Suket in mind, to say his favorite word No! But Suket stands up and says it is okay, he may take Avni out, but to be back in time. Raj, who does not want Suketh to agree but to his surprise Suketh agrees and he congratulates Samart for getting this brilliant permission. Samarth asks him where he should take Avni? Raj gives ideas to Samarth as to where to take Avni and gives wrong advices to Samarth about ways to please Avni saying he should take her to a place where she is only uncomfortable with him. Samarth ‘That means?’ Raj ‘It should be a place she must be familiar with, she will be comfortable there, she will only concentrate that she does not have to be comfortable with him’ Samarth asks ‘What place should he take her?’ Raj says ‘Khadelwal Hotel, it’s her second home.’ Arpita hears this and asks Raj why he is suggesting this to him. Raj says that he can also go to that hotel as his office is there. He asks her to tell Avni what he does to her.
Meanwhile, Arpita comes to Avni and tells her to get ready as she has to go out for coffee with Samarth. Avni asks if her father have given the permission. Arpita says yes, because he said only this way they both can get to know about each other. Avni is nervous and asks Arpita to go along but she says she has to go to her friend’s birthday party and Samarth have invited her alone. Avni asks her to guide her. Arpita tells Avni about what to expect from a gentleman and that a good guy has some very good qualities and should never compromise on these. She tells her that when she went to the first date with Akshat, he opened the restaurant door for her, offered her a seat and didn’t sit until she was relaxed. He behaved like a perfect gentle-man and she felt like a princess. And he also not let her see the bill and paid it himself. On the other hand, Raj tells Samarth that Avni is a very different girl, not to behave like a gentleman in front of her and not to make her feel like a princess, and just be normal. He should not open the door, or offer a seat, she doesn’t like these stereotypes; she says are their arms broken that guys offer them the chairs. He tells him that once they go for coffee and she was furious because Raj had paid the bills. Samarth says she doesn’t seem to be like this. He asks Raj if he wants to say that he should not even pay the bill? Raj says never think about it, she will be happy to pay the bill.
Arpita tells Avni to take care, because the way a man treats her on her first date, he will make her feel this way all her life. Akshat still made her feel the way he did on their first date. Avni agrees and says she will see how special he will treat her. Raj tells Samarth that she has been brought in a special care, so he should order everything available at the restaurant without asking her; as she likes men who are decisive and confident like her. Samarth objects that it will get wasted but he says he should do it on their first date.
Arpita tells Bhavna she is going out with her friends. Savri asks if she is going out with friends, she should go out. She asks if she have served the Kheer to Avni and Samarth? Arpita says that they are going out on date. Savri says they should sweeten their mouths before letting them go out. She asks her to serve a little kheer to herself and Bhavna as well. Arpita gets happy and goes inside. Bhavna says that she is happy that Savri have removed all the bitterness from her heart. She says that she could understand it a little late but finally did. Arpita gets the tray of Kheer for all. She serves Bhavna and Savri. She says she know by seeing it that it will be brilliant. Savri thinks that she had sprinkled the lemon on it. Savri Bua's plan to not let Arpita have fun with her friends seems to have worked as Bhavna calls Arpita and tells her not to give it to Samarth as it is sour. She asks in worry ‘How can it be sour?’ Savri takes a bite as well. She poses worried saying it has been ruined. She asks Arpita to make fresh Kheer. She says she will, but Bhavna says she should leave; she will take care of it. Savri suggests that both of should leave it, she will make the Kheer. Arpita says that her leaving is not that important, she will plan it some other time. Sanvri laughs at the back.
Avni asks Raj how she is looking. He said Avni! Avni! Avni! And asks if she is excited about going on the coffee date? If she is excited about going on the coffee date? If she is excited about going on the coffee date? She asks why is he saying each sentence thrice. He says that in Samarth’s serial everyone speaks like this. Avni says that Arpita have suggested her a few things, and asks if he wants to suggest anymore, Samarth comes there and asks Avni to come down. Raj points that he should have go along her. He asks her to go with him; he is also going to the coffee shop. They go down. Samarth opens the car door, he is busy with the cell phone, and he sits in the car. Raj says he thinks she will sit in front and he will drive. Raj says that they should enjoy coffee and they should go to work. He goes in the lift, Avni goes after him. He slides a chair, Avni thinks at least he has some manners but he sits down on it. She thinks how rude that is. He tells her to sit on the front chair. He picks a flower from the vase then puts it back and tells the waiter to remove it and orders everything good at the restaurant. While at their lunch date, Avni is surprised to see Samarth behaving strangely and thinks why she just come on a date with him.
Raj watches as the date proceeds and is happy to see that Samarth is behaving as told and is convinced that Avni will not like Samarth at all. Raj tells the waiter to take special dry fruit pastry with her. Arpita’s friends arrive and surprise her. Savri comes and thinks she called everyone home. They asks if she will be coming for lunch, but she says tomorrows is Akshat’s birthday and she wants to go for dinner with him. Savri thinks she will in any case spoil her plan.
Samarth thinks up til now everything is going fine except for a talk. He asks what she wants to know about him. She asks him where he gets the inspiration of his dramas. He tells her not to worry and it doesn’t happen at his home. People want to see such dramas so he makes him. The waiter brings the bill, Samarth is about to pay, then places it in front of Avni. She gets worried.
