Both Raj and Avni come to the living room and begin to pretend to be fighting regarding the 50 lakhs money in the bank. Avni blames Raj's family members and Raj says they all will show their bank statements and she will also have to show hers. All were against it, but Raj and Avni smartly make them agree and finally they all decide to produce their bank statements before Vikram. Along with two of them, even Virat is asked to produce his bank passbook. Virat gets tensed.
All come back with their statements. First Raj gives his to Avni. Raj then tells her to show her to his dad. Virat comes. Raj bumps into him purposely and puts the diary in his bag. Madhuri and Jashan also show their statements. When Virat turn comes, Raj’s dad says there is no need to check his. He never does anything, but Avni complains about this and Raj takes Virat’s bag to his dad. He drops the diary outside and his dad picks it up. Virat gets more tensed. Raj and Avni are sure that Virat's reality will now come out before Vikram. Before Raj’s father could checks everything, Virat confesses that he takes the money, but he take it for a good work. He manages to make himself look innocent that there are many orphanages, so he thought to make some place for elderly people. He then says, even if it's good work, he shouldn’t have taken the company’s money and he forgot to tell him because of Raj and Avni’s fights. Raj’s father returns his bag to him saying he said the truth himself so there is no need to check now. Raj and Avni are surprise as Virat manages to escape this time and both feel bad as their plan had failed, but the two of them don't give up hope.
Akshat is very sad and looks at his family photo. He doesn’t know what to do to make everyone happy. Arpita says they will bring Abhay back as their kid and that way happiness will return in this house.
Avni and Raj come to Virat’s room to take the diary again and begin looking for more proofs against Virat but they get shocked when they see Virat burning the proofs ouside. Avni leaves in anger.
Raj comes to their room and tells Avni not to be upset. Avni says they had the diary as their last hope and wonders how they will prove Virat wrong now. Raj hugs her and assures her that he will expose Virat. Before Avni says anything further, he carries her and puts her on the bed. He then starts walking away, but Avni stops him and asks him to stay with her. Raj sleeps beside her and she sleeps keeping her head on his shoulder. She is saying something, but Raj tells her to be quiet and enjoy that moment of theirs.
While Akshat is helping Arpita in the kitchen work, his parents come there. Bhavna tells Arpita she should have told her if she needed help. Arpita says there’s no need for that because Akshat is going to help her every morning. Akshat and Arpita ask them for their smile as gift. Both smile. Suket sees Avni and his smile disappears. He says if she comes here, then his smile will never come. Avni asks for their permission to go inside, but Bhavna tells Akshat to tell her not to come here. Her parents leave.
Akshat and Arpita go to Avni and ask her why she come. Avni says she wants to help them. Akshat says she did biggest help by marrying Abhay’s murderer. Avni says Raj is not the murderer. Akshat says so he made her on his side with sweet talks. Akshat then refuses to talk, but Arpita lets Avni talk. Avni says once she helped them and now she needs their help to expose the real murderer. On the other hand, Raj reveals to Jashan and Madhuri that Virat is the main culprit behind all the problems between the two families and he asks them for help as well. Jashan gets very angry that he is going to go to Virat, but Raj stops him and remind him that his dad Vikram trusts him a lot and they will need proof to expose him. He adds that he already made plan with Avni and Avni has gone to talk to Akshat. Once she comes, they will execute their plan. Jashan and Madhuri decide to give their support to Raj and Avni. Both Avni and Raj are pleased as they manage to get Arpita, Akshay, Jashan and Madhuri on their side.
Avni is doing havan puja’s preparation for Abhay’s peace. Raj and his family come there. Raj says he won’t let her do any puja there. Akshat and Arpita come there and say according to their tradition, their daughter is supposed to do havan in her in-laws house. Raj still says he won’t let them do it. Avni says she will call the police. Virat interrupts and tells Raj to let them do it. Raj tells him to be there and watch them as he won’t be able to stay calm if he stays there. Raj’s father agrees saying only Virat is understanding and calm minded. Avni gets annoyed hearing this. Raj’s entire family leave except Virat. An upset Avni hopes to expose him soon.
At Raj’s residence, A trap is set to bring the truth about Virat out and the six of them finally hope to put an end to Virat's reign of terror. As Raj and Avni go ahead with their plan, Raj asks Madhuri and Jashan to take the recorder as Virat makes a mistake, once Avni begins with her plan. They comply. Downstairs, as the havan continues, one of Abhay's friend, starts saying that he was very near to Abhay and also had a talk with him the day he died, and he told him that he senses something fishy going on, and that one person is responsible for all this. Avni says that she knows who he is talking about. Virat anxiously listens to them all, and then thinks that Avni knows about him being the murderer. She, Arpita and Akshat intentionally keep naming Raj as the murderer, while his friend protests that he was definitely naming someone else. Avni gets frustrated, and asks him to leave, as he is causing trouble for no reason. He leaves, saying that he would tell them, if he remembers. Virat wonders if Abhay actually got to give his name to his friend. His friend walks out, and so does Virat, much to Avni and Raj’s plan.
As Virat is about to nab gaga Abhay’s friend with a handkerchief, who has his back turned to him, Raj along with Avni, watch from behind the pillar, but unfortunately, before Virat can anger and suffocate him, remembering his name as the murderer, and just when their plan is about to be successful, Virat notices Avni and Raj together secretly keeping a watch on him through the rear view mirror of the car, and realizes that he is being trapped and understand they both are trying to trap him and he avoids falling into the set trap and retreats cautiously. Raj and Avni think that Virat is about to fall in his own trap but Virat walks past having a coughing spell. All are baffled. Virat watches from a distance, as Raj, Avni, Akshat and Arpita discuss why the plan failed. Virat thinks that they all ganged up together as he later learns that even, Jashan, Madhuri and also Arpita and Akshat are supporting Raj and Avni. Virat decides to immediately flee from Jaipur.
Later in his room, Jashan and Madhuri try to convince Vikram that Virat is a murderer but in vain as Vikram doesn't listen to his daughter Madhuri and son in-law Jashan’s allegations against Virat, and asks for evidence, as Virat isn't anything like this, and he blames Avni for being able to manipulate, Raj and then them. He doesn't listen to them, saying that he has utter faith on Virat, as he kept him alive, after the tragedy of Umatgaon, and that he is embarassed that his children had such weak upbringing. He asks them to be cautious of Avni’s evil plans, and leaves. Both Madhuri and her husband are tensed.
A frustrated Virat starts packing up his stuff, so that before Raj and Avni can nab him, he would have to leave this city. Vikram comes in and asks if he is going anywhere. Virat pretends to be very hurt, and Vikram says that he knows that he is hurt, and that he needs him, when Anjali is not here, his life is ruined, and Avni is manipulating everyone one by one, and he can only trust him in such times, as he knows he has always wanted good for them. He says that he needs to save him once again, like the Umatgaon incident. Virat says that he loves him and can't give him any trouble, and hence would stay here only, thinking that when he has Vikram to bank on, why shouldn't he enjoy all the luxuries.
Madhuri and Avni, along with their husbands discuss, in Raj’s room, that Virat can go to any lengths and hence they would have to be extra cautious. Raj says that atleast due to Avni taking her case back, his mother Alkali would return too, and she hopes she uncovers Virat soon, and then apologise to her for her behaviour. They all compose her, and ask her to be patient, as evil can't win for long. They leave, and tell the servant to lay out food for Avni and Raj, as they haven't eaten anything all day. He complies. Later, Virat decides to poison the food that Raj and Avni are about to eat and mixes rat poison in the food. The servant comes asking Virat if he needs anything. He gives him some money, and then wards him off. Virat evilly thinks that now he would enjoy them having their meal. As Raj and Avni come at the dinner table, Avni is least interested in having food, as their efforts went in vain, but Raj convinces her to eat. They both them have the food together while Virat is amused as he notices them from the distance and comes to them, saying that he knew that they were all along with each other and teaming against him. Raj gets angry and starts to hold him by the collar, saying that he won't let him do that, till he is alive. Virat evilly says that then he would have to die. Raj and Avni are baffled, while Raj starts coughing and Avni too follows. As Avni and Raj gag and suffocate, and then starts coughing profusely, he tells them that this is their last meal together, and that soon they will meet Abhay, due to having eaten the poison laced food, that he specially prepared for them.
At Suket’s residence, Suket and Bhawna are angry when Akshat and Arpita come in, and tell them where they had been. Arpita goes to Bhawna, and asks her to listen to her once, but she doesn't, saying that she always listened to them, but how can they go to her son’s murderer’s place. Akshat says that Avni has a motive of going there. Suket asks if they too had a motive. Akshat says that they went to investigate Abhay’s murder and try to convince Suket that Virat was responsible for Abhay' murder and tells both his parents that Virat actually killed Abhay, which stunned all, particularly Bhavna.
At Raj’s residence, as they keep dozing in and out of consciousness, as the poison begins to work, Virat leans on them and tells them that no one has been able to ever defeat him, and god takes away everyone who ever stand against him. In his rant of self boasting and ego, he starts professing all his crimes, that he committed right from breaking Vikram and Sangeeta relationship, for his benefit, so that he could live off Vikram’s money, and then how he got to ruin Raj and Avni’s relationship, and when Abhay tried to mend things, he had to be taken out too. He says that now it's their turn and that once they die, the world will think, that two lovers gave each other poison and killed themselves. As they lie motionless finally, Virat has a huge laugh.
Virat is extremely happy that his plan to kill both Raj and Avni had succeeded and he talks of his success before their dead bodies. Just then Vikram enters the scene along with Anjali and Suket and his family follow him. Virat immediately begins to act and says that Raj and Avni were so blinded by their hatred for each other that they have killed each other with the help of poison. Vikram faces him stoically, and eyes him with anger. As Virat continues with the sob story, Vikram suddenly slaps Virat and seems to be furious with him. Anjali too feels disgusted with the behaviour of her own brother and reprimands him for being the lowest lowlife possible. Virat stands stunned and it looks like his entire truth has come out in front of everybody and is astounded. Vikram continues slapping him, while Avni and Raj’s family both confront him. Avni and Raj get up and tell him that his game is over. Vikram says that he saw him mixing poison in his food, and then changed the food, knowing the true face of Virat. Virat tried to protest, while Vikram slaps him shut, and says that now he is truly exposed. Bhavna reprimands him that she lost Abhay due to him. She continues slapping him. Virat turns to Anjali, but she too snubs him off, saying that he is a taint on the brother’s relation, and she is embarassed for his brotherhood with her, and asks him how dare he got so selfish for his luxuries, that he ruined both the families. Anjali apologises to Bhavna, saying that she can't bring back the happiness that this man snatched from her and her family. They both hug each other. Virat eyes them all, busy and concerned amongst themselves, and tries to make a dash for an escape, but Raj holds him, saying that he won't be able to escape, as the police is about to reach. Just then, the siren gets audible and the police walks in, and Vikram asks him to arrest Virat. Avni stops them, surprising them all. She says that all vented out their anger, except for her and Raj. She asks how dare he thought their love was so weak, that he would be able to play with it all. She slaps him, saying that he didn't understand the power of their true love. Raj asks him to be taken away, and they comply. Anjali apologises to Vikram, for having such a shameful brother, and that he ruined everyone’s happiness. Vikram asks her not to bother, and says that his soul quivers at a betrayal of this magnitude, by someone who he considered more like a brother over his friendship. Raj apologises to Avni's mother Bhavna and Suket too, for first marrying Avni without their permission, and then breaks off all ties, by sending divorce papers. Avni too apologises to Raj's mother Anjali for coming to this house like this, and for all the torture that she subjected them to. Anjali smiles through tears. Avni says that she didn't know her hatred would get over her love, and blames Virat for all this. Akshat says that they lost everything, and Raj’s family didn't suffer much. Jashan says that had they known, they wouldn't have favoured Virat, and sent him to jail. Akshat says that Virat is going to jail won't get them back. A verbal heated arguement ensues yet again, and Raj and Avni are tensed. Finally Raj shuts them both, saying that they have decided to leave this house, as he thought that this would resolve everything, like Abhay wanted, but much in vain. He adds that they are married couple, but this is not how they wanted it. Avni says that her marriage was a nightmare, and that Abhay's soul get rest today, and hence asks her father Suket, Bhavna, Akshat and Arpita to go home. Raj says that out of gratitude they can atleast do this much. All are tensed. Raj takes Avni’s hand and walks past them.
After Avni’s family leaves, Vikram discusses with his family, as to how genuine Raj’s love for Avni is, and also how much Raj sacrificed for his family, even at the cost of his own love life. They are all disturbed and appalled that their beloved Raj, who did so much for them, left them, due to their own petty strifes.
At Avni’s residence, Bhavna and Suket come home, to find a picture of Avni tainted amidst the entire family picture. He emotionally and tearfully eyes it, telling Bhavna that this was the biggest mistake of his life, as Avni tried everything to avenge her brother’s death and he threw her out of the house. He wipes off the smear on aAni’s face. Bhavna too thinks that they blamed Avni for nothing. They sit beside each other and dose off.
The next morning, Bhavna wakes up to find Suket, in his sleep, clutching at Avni’s picture, and gets overwhelmed with emotions, and wonders where they both must be. Later, while Suket is watering the plants, Vikram arrives, with a smile, and Suket gets tensed, busy watering the plants again. Vikram goes to him, and Suket says that Avni used to indulge herself in gardening, whenever she used to be upset but not anymore, and wonders where she went leaving them both. Vikram says that he knows he is a person, in whose presence he will always be uncomfortable, as he is somewhere responsible for his wife’s plight, but he can't change the past, but his present actions, will determine the basis of their future. Suket asks if he wants him to forget the wounds of his son’s death. Vikram says that he won't be able to even if he wants, just like he can't forget his parents’s murder. He tells Suket that he has seen a lot in life, and that he knows that only love and concern can heal such wounds over time. Vikram asks Suket if he doesn't think, that they are being cruel and unjust to their own children, letting their emotions ride over their happiness. He asks if they can't forget their past, for the children who are their future. Suket is forced to think, as he eyes him tensedly.
In the garden, Raj and Avni sit in the garden, discussing if leaving the house was the right thing to do, and Raj assures her, that this is the right thing, and that had they forced them, they would have done it half heartedly, and that they should let things happen on their own. Avni agrees and asks where are they going. He asks her where she wants to go but she is not able to say. Raj lays out a map in front of Avni, and then making her close her eyes, he asks her to point out one place and there they will go, and she points on Himachal Pradesh. She gets excited, as Raj tells her that this is where they will go, to make thier dream house in the mountains.
At Raj’s residence, Bhavna comes to Anjali to apologizes to her for all that had happened in the past and trying to reconcile that she knows she would always be an awkward bone of contention between them all, but they shouldn't let that hamper the happiness of their children, and tries to explain to Anjali, what it is to lose a child and asks her to not let the past come in the way of their children's love. She gets emotional, and Anjali assures and composes her. Bhavna then presents her with the shagun thali, as a mark of new relation, between them, and asks her to accept it for the sake of Raj and Avni’s happiness.
Meanwhile, at Avni’s place, Jashan and Akshat too apologize to each other and mend their differences. Madhuri too gets along with Arpita, and the men hug each other, forgetting all the past troubles, while the women smile.
In Bus, Raj and Avni on the other hand are on their way to a romantic outing on a sensual number and suddenly their bus comes to a screeching halt and Raj assumes it's a road block. Raj and Avni get down the bus and find themselves face to face with a group of men with guns in their hands. They enter into a scuffle. The hooligans come in inside the bus and this group of masked men kidnap Raj and Avni and take the two of them along.
